- Welcome to the Power Apps Model-Driven Apps Step by Step series for the beginner. You are watching the ninth episode of this series and during this session, we will learn how you can create Business Process Flow (BPF) in Model-Driven Apps for Power Apps. Business Process Flow is also known as BPF. We will create a business process flow in Power Automate. Here, we need to design a step-wise form. We need the process in such a manner that every role’s user will fill in their appropriate information in the Process. So, we will create a Business Process Flow that will have 4 different stages! Once we define the stages in BPF, we will add the fields for each stage. When users will click on Next Stage, they will fill in the next stage’s information.
First, we will create the Business Process Flow in the Power Automate. We will define the stages and data fields. Once we develop our BPF Flow, we need to integrate the BPF with our Power Apps Model-Driven App.
So, let’s get started and learn how to create Business Process Flow!!

But how to run this flow in modern app?In modern app we have only cloud flow , Instant flow , Schedule flow and desktop flow.

Thanks for the tutorial, Dhruvin. I've been watching from chapter 1 and am here now. I wanted to ask, if I need to automatically set a value for a field when I progress from stage to stage, say, stage 1: field value is Started, stage 2: field value changes to In Progress and so on, how I do achieve that?

Great Videos, just one thing I got confused if in a form we want to add auto populate column, suppose I select one field first name then the second name should auto populate in the form. Is it possible?
Few questions about business process flows can you pass in a lookup as a reference in a custom action call? Can you have add multiple items on a stage (example: order detail lines)? my relationships are set up to do this.

@Others - 4:25, Just in case, you can't see "Business Process Flow", its permission issue. Do check your security role and give permission.

What is business process flow
Note: Business process flow is not supported directly from power automate anymore hence we can't see the option, so in your powerapps solution go to new> process -> Business Process flow and follow the same steps
before process we have to go on Automation
I don't want admin, manager and IT team be in same screen , i want to set login and password to go to another team for fill the details in model driven apps, can we do in this , please help me
