Attach your Business Process Flow (BPF) in Model-Driven Power Apps

Welcome to the Power Apps Model-Driven Apps Step by Step series for the beginner. You are watching the tenth episode of this series and during this session, we will learn how you can attach the Business Process Flow (BPF) in Model-Driven Apps for Power Apps. Business Process Flow is also known as BPF. We have created a business process flow in Power Automate in the ninth part of this series. Once our Business Process flow is created we need to attach our Business Process Flow (BPF) inside our Power Apps Model-Driven App.
During this session, first we will attach our Business Process Flow (BPF) to our Power Apps Model-Driven App. When we attach our Business Process on our Dataverse table, it will show our Form structure as different stages. Once we attach our BPF let’s test our form!

Hi Dhruvin, great series! Quick question, I have gone through the full process. On the last step of the stage when the 'Finished' button is selected, this generates another email due to the Stage Name in the switch case in the cloud flow. Is there a way to overcome this issue?

Thank you Dhurvin for the video. Can you please elaborate on how we can: 1. Restrict groups from editing records of other groups e.g. IT shouldn’t be updating HR records. 2. How can we prevent users from going back in a stage. I watched your advanced video on JS but security role integration seems to be a gap that is still not clear. We wouldn’t want someone from HR filling in IT data and vice versa 😅

my problem is i did creat two BPF first is Opportunity project and secound is Opportunity Staffing and
then i did creat two main form first form is Project form and second form is Staffing and now i have to satup Opprotunity Project BPF on project form and secound Opportunity Staffing BPF setup on Staffing form how to do this

We are creating all objects (form, BPA, Dataverse (table, lookup, view) ....) in solution.
When we export the solution will we have SQL Script, where we can view the script? what about lookup &choice data ?

I don;t think you will need to worry about SQL scripts or anything low level like that. When you import your solution, your database should be automatically provisioned.
