I sincerely hope Lando wins many races! I just like this young man. He's a hard-charger that knows how to drive with respect. I just keep my fingers crossed that the McLaren upgrades are for real and have some legs. Great race Lando and team McLaren!!
Even Oscar with only half of the upgrades was silly quick. Like you said, let's hope this wasn't a 1 off or even track specific because that was 1 hell of a race yesterday. I've read comments saying he won because of the safety car or Max had damage from hitting the bollard.....its called racing!!!

I saw Newey on TV, at the Miami GP, right next to Horner with his headset on doing what he does ... Newey DOES NOT leave until the end of the season.

McLaren is my favorite team, so I completely agree with your congratulations to Lando - his win is long overdue! As for my improperly placed reply on your comment ‘Newey was there’, I meant the term ‘argue’ as a way to engage discussion, not as a literal argument. Your point had obvious merit, but I thought mine did, too. Maybe tone doesn’t come off too well it texting. Again, my apologies and enjoy the season.

They released the grid from behind the safety car so how did that help Norris? He had to sit and let his tyres cool while everyone else got to catch up and warm their tyres before the restart.
