I haven’t watched Grey’s in a few seasons. But I’ll tell ya, Miranda has held it down since the pilot and to see her FINALLY get her recognition feels so satisfying. I cried the whole entire time. And it even proves how much she got passed over that she genuinely had no idea it was her winning it until Meredith said her name

Bailey is probably one of the reasons why Grey's has made it to 19 seasons. She has been a constant on the show and her character has always been entertaining, tough yet still human and caring in the end.

Bailey is Everything and Meredith’s presence along with her amazing tenacity/strength and unmatched moral compass and how they always so loyally tie the show back to her with that exquisite score and poignant flashback sequences is just ❤️🙌…Chief Webbers moment with that vodka tonic as well was just chilling and such a great full circle in the midst of everything!
Also I was really enjoying Altman’s much needed humor and loving her as Chief and I knew as soon as they brought up the toothache what the hell the writers were doing…I am livid!

I still remember bailey crying when mer was unconscious that she isn't going to let another one of hers taken from her. George is her favorite but Mer has all her love. She's the mother who showed her compassion and how to be a doctor in her own rights while Richard is the dad who was always there.
