The engine sound🤩
That plane was full of happy people.
Love love Zimbabwean pilots, they always do a pause before they thrust the engines for take-off, so many childhood memories
Can't beat those tunes!
This Pilot is like yeah we paid for the whole runway
love the classic 737-200! the first generation of the boeing 737 jet. looked like a pretty long take off roll with a nice climb out. glad to see that some of these jets are still in service after all these years.
Love those long takeoff rolls
The happiest classic 737 plane ever!!!!!!
As a child in the mid-70s I flew from Stuttgart to Paris in one of these. Lightly loaded these things took off at a steep angle like rockets, much unlike the Sud Aviation Caravelles with their flattish climb-outs. I did prefer the Caravelles though because of their unique triangular windows and their generally very esthetic appeal (especially of the tail unit).
That's beautiful!
Thank you!
Wow haven’t seen a 200 in years. Long slow Takeoff. Nice video. Subscribed
Captain Steven Markovich were u born before 200 years?
Great vid! I had the chance to fly those 737-200 series (SuperAdvanced) on Brazil's formely flag carrier - VARIG and also on some VASP flights within Brazil. Goog boy! Good times! Thanks fro sharing that with us!
Beautiful video
Beautiful!
Love all of the nervous laughter 😆 thank you
that's heavy and hot flying...
Yea once they get the lap joint repairs done they're good for another 40,000 flight cycles on the fuselage almost a brand new aircraft after that. I seen some pretty elongated rivet holes on those when doing the repairs from the first 40,000 cycles some even extended to 48,000 cycles haha! and a lot of window frame cracks too.
Music to my ears!
Long take offs preserve fuel. Why stress the engines when you have enough runway.
Harare is also at an altitude of 4400 feet above mean sea level, and that reduces the amount of power output from the engines.
Lindo!!
Nice video.
We need air Zim back please please please love my country
They are much more expensive compared to other airlines.they can't compete
Great video mate ! 5ubscribed
Captain TC is the best, Zims finest pilot
A comet takeoff..wow the speed❤
I like this plane
Long takeoff roll for a small aircraft. The second engine fired up after 56 seconds
Muito lindo esse modelo 737 tinha que fazer conexões aqui em Várzea Grande aeroporto marechal Rondon Brasil também
beautiful climb rate
Tabarnak! A 4:54 ça me fait penser au bruit généré par les JT3D et JT4s du boeing 707-320B de saha air
This old air plane so raree zimbabwe airlines 👍👍👍
Was that bird waiting for the curvature of the Earth or an invitation from the sky before getting airborne?
Amazing video and great channel. Liked and subscribed.
but harare rwy is very long,so most airlines do a reduced takeoff power to preserve engine life
Long take off roll
Weird Take off power adjustment
Yeah
This guy must be rested
Why a small plane like that need so much runway?
extremely long takeoff roll....High load factor or were the high temperatures the reason for this?
zerberus500 Both contributed, I'm sure.
Probably the roof rack slowing it down
High altitude of the airport is the main reason.
Better check the jack screw on that inboard slat....doesn't appear to be retracting properly.
The 737-200 doesn't have inboard slats. You imbecile. The Krueger flap retracted properly.
That's no 4 slat.. @ 5:33
@@Consrignrant I'm not referring to the krueger flap inboard of the engine shit for brains.
@@lorenjackson8961..... Lol...... Nice try, dumb fuck. You're talking out of your ass.
Que Relíquia Gostosa ❤ Está Ainda em Operação Aí?
Holy crap that was a nailbiter of a takeoff roll... Must have been the high temperature and a high load factor
lol that's what I thought. I was like, "V1.....uhhhh"
They're lucky Harare once had the longest runway in Africa
55 seconds
Old engines have less noise
Totally incorrect. They have very little bypass and are far noisier than more modern engines that have a high bypass ratio.
Its on borrowed time.
Old Boeing!! Its high this must be rested now before the worst happens!!
I think I might have been in that very plane or its sister in 1995
Судя по гондолам двигателей - этот самолет из первых партий.)))
commercial airplanes are better than those little pipers too fast and scary too, they made me hate being up up there again
Ok clown.
