    This is highly effective. I ve been focusing on HARD breathing. This is a perfect contrast and really helps counteract against my Warrior-push-through-attitude. Thank you.

    Love your videos and its useful for stress management. I practice Wim Hof and Buteyko from your videos.
    Can you do one video on Gayathri manthra extended version? traditionally while its chanting, one would inhale with left nostril for 10-12 secs, and on second half you would exhale with right nostril which is bit longer.
    Starts at @ - @ is first part, @ - @ is second part for exhale....@

    Is it normal for your heart rate to go up during this exercise?

    • @TAKEADEEPBREATH
      @TAKEADEEPBREATH  Před 3 lety +1

      yes, this exercise is right in the middle of parasympathetic and sympathetic, this exercise is a stressor as its helping cause some adaptations in the body to higher levers of co2, just be sure not to push yourself too hard to quickly

  • @johnkennedy3970
    @johnkennedy3970 Před 3 lety +1

    Okay, nobody else is asking this so I`ll be the one. Does wearing a mask help with co2 tolerance and do you think they are an overall good thing?
