I started my breathwork journey with Wim Hof a couple years ago. It was incredible to me, a nurse, that with just deep breathing and long holds I was able to cure insomnia and take myself off of antidepressants. I wanted to find someone who would guide me through the breathwork so I could focus on my body rather than keeping count of breaths. That’s how I found you a few months ago and have been doing your videos every day since then. Please don’t ever stop creating these. This is the future of medicine. Of healing our bodies. My body sings every time I finish a session with you and this video is officially my favorite. I will be listening to it every day. Thank you for making this. It’s perfection.

Hey Sandy, I’ve been doing your breathing exercises for the past 9 months. This is after going through a traumatic experience (car accident) where I had a punctured lung, had broken ribs and got pneumonia while being intubated for over two weeks. I had many surgeries including an aortic surgery. When I left the hospital I was completely broken down physically mentally and spiritually.
But then I started working on myself and healing day by day, and incorporating these breathing exercises. Along with cold showers, a clean diet, cardio, lifting, therapy, meditation, and prayer. I can now hold my breath for 2:30 minutes, and 9 months ago I couldn’t hold it for more than 10 seconds.
When I do your breathing exercises I am in control, I feel loved by God, I am grateful, and powerful. I am reminded of my true nature in spirit. Thank you for sharing this and for what you do!
I had a family member that worked as a litigator for accident insurance companies... He said there're two kinds of car accident victims:
Those who get hurt and spend a lot of time, energy, and money (mostly the insurance money) in the medical system, followed by an uncertain future of medical problems.
Then there's the ones who fix themselves. Insurance companies love them because it costs everyone less money in the long run. He'd hear comments like "oh we got another yoga breather over here!"
I fixed myself after a car accident (not nearly as bad as yours by the sounds of it.) Used all the methods you listed.

I did the feminine energy breathwork yesterday and decided to do the masculine energy one today. It was really great to remind myself that I can do things and why I struggle with procrastination at times. Roots in trauma and limiting beliefs about my self-worth. This breathwork allowed me to access truths that I have had to be a warrior fighting for justice in unjust places. That I had to spend my energy doing that in the wrong places. I gathered my energy back from those places and reclaimed them for the good work I am embarking on. I can't wait until your breathwork program. I am ready! Once again, thank you Sandy!

Man, I dont know if it's a possibility, but after the breath work and that little bit of bliss rushes over you, and we meditate for a few minutes, I wish that few minutes was a little longer. Kinda like to stay there a little longer

I held my breath for 1:30 only once. I identified with the ticking clock with all my cortisol and adrenaline. I need the ticking clock. I need more of these masculine sounds, too. I identify more with “holding on” than “letting go.” Thank you, Sandy.
Me too, I think it's because of the ego. We hold onto so much fear, it's hard to let go. But these breath work exercises are all about training your body and mind. Almost like hypnotizing yourself. The more you let go. The more powerful the experience

This was tough! The movement helped with the breathing part. Felt like I was going to die during the holds and had to take some breaths but I’m just starting out. Will keep at it and see how I progress. I felt amazing after and was able to drop into a deep, transcendent meditative state I only get to very rarely. Had to let go of attachment to it and stated some positive affirmations like “I am a limitless being” and “I am a diving beacon of light” and I was able to drop in. Hung out there for a while for everyone ❤. Looking forward to try your other videos. I’ve dismissed breathwork for a while but finally trying it with an open mind. It’s not easy but it’s rewarding. Thank you.
