    Is it normal for my hands and face to clench up and tingle really hard by the time I do the breath hold? Like a seizure almost? Or did I push too far ? I normally do just regular wim HOF for 3 rounds, but this was full on. Taking me ages to use my hands properly again. This was powerful!

    Started with the standard 4 seconds format. Bumped myself up to 7 . Now I am doing this advance technique. This feels much quicker and efficient to bring yourself into the present.

    Anybody else getting anxiety due to some unknown illness that for now ends up with antibiotics and 1 week of observation but due circumstances read a lot and now thinking of whatever possible illness it is? Like you know that the doctor said calm down and they'll check what it is and you end up overthinking because of years of people influencing you or yourself to always expect the worse to protect yourself but end up having constant panic attacks no one knows because you always move away from people (due to possibly getting scolded or affecting others with your anxiety and sense of doom) before it gets full blown. I don't know who you all are personally but thank you, this video and the comments helped me calm down a bit. 😭

    Incredibly intersting. The only time i can remember tremering was immediately after giving birth to both of my boys. It shocked my husband the first time, but the midwife just smiled and said, "Oh, she's fine. Her body is just responding to the birth." I'm definitely hung to give this a look. I've been suffering with chronic back and hip pain for months and this is a modality that I have not yet investigated.

    For the second year I have been living with panic attacks 10 times a day, almost all the time. But I go to work, it's hard to talk, to concentrate, I'm afraid that I won't notice that I'm losing my orientation. I'm afraid of falling over. Very bad, pains and strange sensations in my body. .my children don't understand me, because I don't let them near me during an attack. I'll try to get through it with your help. So, I'm not imagining the disease, it actually exists and torments many people.

    Why did the old man only live to be 90? The process of digesting food is said to be very energy-intensive and I think he should have lived a lot longer if he had 70 years of energy reserves.. That's strange, but it's nice not to have to spend on food.

    I didn't think this would work. My pulse was 137, I'm prescribed Adderall so it's always high. Once I finished this video, it had gone down to 78!!

    Problem, he's incorrect. Mouth taping only keeps your lips together. It will not keep the jaw from dropping back. It can still hinge downward at the back. I found this out. Mouth taping with CPAP and I would lose seal as my jaw relaxed Even with mouth taped.

    The problem I say with the statement he made is that he says is to keep your jaw from moving but I've been taping with CPAP and even with the lips closed the jaw still can relax.

    The instructions for diaphragmatic breathing were very difficult to follow. The modeling of the technique was way too fast.
