Fantastic and helpful discussion on breathing. Not just breathing, but attitude toward life in general. Great interview. Thanks!

Did it help regulate your breathing?

Like yourself Mike this is something of a game changer for me as it challenges many things I thought I knew about Breathwork.
A great reminder also that we are all different, and therefore have different requirements when it comes to our breath.
And to use the body much more as a way into doing Breathwork.
Absolutely brilliant interview and I love the beautiful connection that you have with everyone you have on. Thank you 🙏

Learned its ok to breathe into the upper ribs, that it helps open up the torso. Also the diaphragm being a pump that moves blood and fluid all throughout the body. Lastly, stretching and twisting helps, and manual manipulation with balls and rollers can really open up and loosen the diaphragm and ribs. Now, wheres that tennis ball?

Hi Mike, that was a gem of an interview. I knew that breathwork can trigger anxiety in an anxious person, but the techniques that were discussed, using narrow vision and the body, and expanding in gradual increments at however which rate is needed by watching how their body will adapt and change and eventually lean into the breath with more freedom

That breathing may be triggering for some highlights how important it is to know who’s in front of you.
