    Listening again. Getting out of denial is never easy. It took awhile for me to use the term narcissist, then abuse, then understand that I was the scapegoat. Some things occurred that let me see behind the mask in a way that I simply couldn't unsee. I could cry again to fully understand this and it has occurred since childhood. I woke up one day and realized I had zero safe relationships. Zero 🤷‍♀️😢🙏

      I must’ve been so dim-witted for so many years to not realise my mother was a narcissist. I “divorced” her at 40 am now 70 and have only just realised what she was!
      I’ll never forgive her for the damage she did to my personality and the irreversible damage that happened between my only sibling and me. None of us have had a relationship for many years and this woman is still alive at 98 probably denying any wrongdoing. I won’t shed 1 tear when she dies.
