Haha yes, I have the same one. I never swipe through the interface. But to be honest I only use it as a watch, to pay with it with Apple Pay or for notifications
I only use my apple watch for telling the time and media controls so for me the series 0 is still fine

I own the Series 4, but I previously had the S0. I learned one thing: I just never update. It slows the damn thing down and I never really care about the new stuff (in the case of iOS, I literally like the old stuff better), so my iPhone XS is still on iOS 12 and my AWS4 is on watchOS 5.
Kai Deumers I think you’re wrong because for example I paid on mine 4-5 years ago as much a Diesel watch. And I got the Stainless Steel one with the stainless steel link band. I think I got my money’s worth even if I don’t use all the bells and whistles. Also I really like its design as a watch so I think it was money well spent

I also have a Red Apple Watch 6. I only have it because I have cerebral palsy. I need it for the fall protection. I don\t fall often but if I get injured it’s comforting to know that it will call the ambulance. The alarm is pretty sweet. Being able to call someone while you’re driving without touching your iPhone is great!
Hmm I never thought of that, I also have CP, plus a limp, yeah I know not the combination for balance. Definitely something I need to look into, because when I go down I go down hard.

Marques is totally cool for mentioning that MOST people aren't upgrading devices every year. I just bought a Series 6 for myself, as well as my mother who recently had a stroke and fell down at home. Luckily I was there, but I shudder to think about what would have happened if I was not. Anyway, I waited to purchase an Apple Watch until the kinks were hammered out and new features added. I'm very pleased, and can rest easier knowing my mom also has one.

I've just gotta say that there is something about this video that is beautiful to watch. I don't know whether it's the lighting or colour or quality or all of it. Really dope!
Most of the top CZcamsrs shoot on pretty good main csmeras. I've noticed an unscientific preference for DSLRs, which _these days_ turn out jaw-dropping color and sharpness.
@@WillBravoNotEvil It's the promo shot style filming with the colorful, blurred out, studio backgrounds. Slow panning shots and stuff like that. The camera quality is always amazing in MKBHD videos. Last I heard the used a RED camera, but that was years ago.
Glad to hear someone say it finally, everyone compares tech to last year as if they’re being forced to upgrade every year, but there are always people with 2-3 year old devices that are due for upgrades! I upgraded my phone every year but even I didn’t think it was worth upgrading to Series 6 from the 5!

I still have the series 4, it still works absolutely great on a daily basis. It still lasts me more than a day, even keeping it on when I sleep

Yes, he also mentions that the sleep app doesn’t give much info like apps already before it. Apple has spoken about this and said after research these rem etc can’t be read accurately through a watch. So they kept it simple.

I just got my series 6 yesterday and so far it’s been worth it for me. I’m coming from a series 3. Definitely worth the upgrade from series 3 or older. Few friends have series 4/5 and I’d say stick with those for now considering not much of an upgrade like coming from a 3 or older.

I own the original Apple watch and this is gonna be a big step up for me. I'm hooked already and I was really just looking for longer battery life. All the other stuff is gravy for me. I'm a EMT so I have a really good oximeter already. I rarely use the pulse check, because it drained the battery of the watch, but it's one of those nice to have features. As for sleeping with the watch on I would have to get used to that. Thanks for the info.

I got mine yesterday and I am happy with it! It's a good upgrade from the series 3. I'm really liking the louder speaker and always on display, in particular.

Last Christmas I got the S6 as my first Apple Watch ever in all its Product RED glory. I love everything about it. I love de oximeter. I do set it off manually at least a couple of times a day, just for fun. I love the AOD. This makes it look more like an actual watch than an electronic slapped on my wrist and I cant tell you how valuable it is to glance at the time without having to energetically raise my wrist. So I don’t know about upgrades but going from No-watch to having this has been a lot of fun. It’s an extremely useful little thing

OUTSTANDING! You’re so right about so much. I have the series 1 and liking to upgrade. I was trying to decide between a Garmin and Apple fir and all purpose triathlon and every day wear watch because if the prices. Although Garmins are more durable and “tactical” I like the features of Apple that Garmin cannot match. So I’m going to pull the trigger in Apple mostly due to price difference between the two and comparability with my iPhone. In a pinch, I still have my old Garmin 910XT that still works well.
The pulse ox question has a new relevance since the pandemic started. It’s one of the main criteria that is used to determine when you have a patient who is sick at home and you’re trying to determine whether to send them to the hospital or not, so it’s kind of really relevant these days.

@@treyjackson97 S5 equals S4, except for the ability to control the display panel to show 1hz. So S5 is just a marketing name for the S4 chip in case if the SE, because SE doesnt have the always on disolay.

I’m glad you talked about when you charge the watch. No one thinks of charging when they shower. It’s what I always do, and I actually keep it on the charger for a little after I get out, until it’s about 80% (for battery health), and then it lasts until the next night when I shower. I don’t really have time in the morning to go put it on my charger and then put it back on, I wake up late lol
The haptic alarm is really the best way to wake up, I got the 4 and I might pickup one of those bands, they look great.

This was such a honest review, reminding us that we don't always need the newest features on the newest products. I have a series 4 Apple Watch and I was going to upgrade to the SE but MKBHD has convinced me to stay where I'm at. Even he said that he's switching back to the Series 5, trying to keep up with all of the latest Apple products one will have to file for bankruptcy.
Facts!! Same man. The main reason I was looking to switch is the battery life. But I see other than size and oxygen sensor is not worth switching
The best thing for me is the always on feature. My series 3 doesn't always wake when holding things while on the job and I can't turn it with enough force to wake it.
