Ok, here's the thing. You can't build muscle and burn fat at the same time, unless you've properly trained before. However, in this case, I think you're gonna be quite new so you're in luck. At this point, all you have to do is eat healthy and train. I wouldn't really worry about whether you cut or bulk, although I'd say bulking would be a better option.
Optimum Crusader hey mate Yh I have trained for three years in the gym and one year boxing so I would like to say I have quite a bit of muscle now however yes I agree I just need to cut that one layer of fat so that I can get to the right weight in boxing
