This is even more impressive as he has clearly gained muscle which weighs more than fat so whilst losing weight he has also in a sense gained weight so he has probably lost a lot more than 50lbs
Yeah the last time I lost weight I wasn't as into it as I am now and I shed muscle & fat, this time I have made actual gains and visible muscle differences which is what is inspiring me even more!
Now to just cut the remaining body fat and hopefully next year look even better!

The commitment to working out is the most impressive part, from what I've seen the biggest hurdle for people trying to lose weight is being able to avoid losing the will to keep putting yourself through the pain during workouts, as most people aren't used to it.
