I flew Alitalia a half-dozen times since 2008. Yes, great service onboard, but everything else was a mess - late flights, cancelled flights, missed connections, lost luggage. It really was a joke. MXP is an awful airport, NAP ironically is the best, considering the chaos of Naples. I still travel often to Italy….on United.
Saying MXP is an awful airport is like insulting Narita. It is absolutley spot-on. Maybe a lot of years ago. Surely not now. And naples airport is a mess, just like the city. For a football match they use some excuses to close the airport
@@maxeanyNarita is pretty shit now not gonna lie, Air Canada are trying to move to Haneda full time for example.
It’s ITA not I T A. Its name is an abbreviation for Italy or Italia.
If you’re going to do an item on Alitalia/ITA, then surely getting the pronunciation right with a bit of research is a basic.
It’s not ‘I. T. A.’ but correctly ‘ee-tah’.
(Note: *not* ‘ee-dar’).
it's "ITA" as "eetah", not as i.t.a... c'mon guys aren't you an aviation magazine??
They are Americans so not expected to say things correctly
