    All process must be at full darkness.
    But, if you can cover of film roll into dark bag, you can make procedures up to setup film roll into cartridge at daylight.

    hii where did you found 8mm film? here in italy is impossible to get a single roll. i found only in CZ a double8 mm production not a regular 8 production…. I have a super 8 camera and a regular older camera i hoped to get them in order :)

      I suspect that one way is to use DS8 (Double Super 8) film in bulk, splitting it and trimming it to fit the 50 foot/15.2 meter length cartridge capacity.

      As I recall, Double 8mm film had something like twice the number of perforations per foot of 16mm film and was limited to 25 feet/7.62 meters.

      Has anyone seen a video on how the cut double 8 film to fit reloadable cartridge
