Bruce Dickinson - one of the most entertaining frontmen ever!
My jaw was dropped when he went dancing hopak with Janick!
Right!! RJD and Bruce Dickinson especially vocally, the two greatest Metal frontmen ever
@@rdsjr64 I saw DIO opening for Iron Maiden. Best concert I've seen to this day.
Paired with Nico McBrain - THE most entertaining drummer ever!
@@luisgarrues bro you lucky asf
There is a HUGE difference between being proud of your heritage and hating others for theirs!
But even still at least, the problem in the feeling of superiority, and to be proud of thing you didn’t choose! It separates people and it’s bad somehow in a way and another even in subtle or indirect way! Bring happy with it is a different story and doesn’t harm very likely!
they are english and doing a song about a scottish clan fighting an english invasion in the miiddle ages.
Iron Maiden - Fear Of The Dark - Live in Rio!
Awesome crowd singing gives me chills everytime.
So tired of fear of the dark. Do moonchild from flight 666
I'm with Todd, so ready for them to drop that one from the setlist. There is so much great live stuff!
+Michael Carlson and +Todd Chenard this version of Fear Of The Dark is amazing because we (I was there) were 250,000 fellas singing as one voice, it chills me everytime I remember.
Either Live in Rio or Flight 666. Both are equally fantastic
Maiden is still selling out stadiums world wide. Go see them.
Soon as they play in the UK, I'm there 🤘🏻
The greatest band of all time☠️💪💪💪💪💪💪up the irons 🤟
UP THE IRONS 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Mike m. .No shit!!!.Up The Irons🤘🤘🤘
Mike m. Why aren’t they in the RnR HOF? Just like ABBA made it in before KISS, something wrong with this picture.
up the irons bro
Best live band ever. I saw them live this year and it was easily the best concert i've ever been to...They are in their 60s and they still run and jump like they're in their 30s.
Seen them 5 times. I'll second this.
Bruce Dickinson, Olympic Fencer, Airline pilot and Iron Maiden's Frontman, o and he also beat cancer.
And writer and doctor in philosophy¡¡
Iron Maiden is simply great live. and...they still tour and are still great...you can still go see them!!!
Iron maiden makes me so happy, they really did my teenagehood a little better. Is great to see their music's effect on others. I will never forget the time I saw them live, I was just a few meters from the stage and omg that energy, the thousands of people jumping and singing, everything was just beautiful and epic.
This is from the CD/DVD Iron Maiden - Rock In Rio, recorded in 2001. Would you believe me if I tell you that these guys are good and entertaining as they used to be 18 years later?
I saw them in July in Paris, and they played the clansman.Yes, I believe you, but I still don't believe what I saw and heard (this was my first Iron maiden concert and I just wonder how I could live for so long without seeing them before).Up the irons !
Congratulations and better late than never.
We're in 2019? Shit! I missed a year.
I saw Maiden seven times, the best was in 2018. This guys are in his prime like a few bands at his age.
Saw them in Winnipeg last August. It's funny they mentioned the KKK in this video because Bruce even joked about it live "the Clansman with a C! We need to clarify this in North America"
What do you mean wished you were into metal then. Maiden still tours with all the energy and a full stage show. They just finished up a tour on the 11th of August this year. I'm sure more will be coming down the line.
I think they've said they're coming to US next/soon. Saw them here in the UK and highly recommend going if you can. Great set and performance!
Squiggly667 they said they finished the European leg of the tour they are far from done lol legacy of the beast coming to a town near you soon!
Squiggly667 .I was just thinking that...theyre bigger than never!!🤘
last tour was the best tour i have ever seen them do
Iron Maiden - Sign of the Cross (Live at Rock in Rio) next please!!
up this.
Me too, up this.
\m/
up this lml
Well, we will have to agree to disagree in this one mate. Cheers! Up The Irons \m/
Iron Maiden live is just on another level. There is no band that come close!
I agree with you big time! I just them two nights ago and they are still PHENOMENAL. If anything the show I just saw was better than the last two times I saw them back in 2012 and 2017. The setlist was amazing and Maiden still have intense energy that most bands in their 20's can not reach.
Goosebumps! I'm working now and controlling myself so I do not get too excited. This was my first Iron Maiden show, an unforgettable experience, and I'm very proud of my voice being in that chorus! This show was just fantastic. Since then, I've lost count of how many shows I've watched and I do not regret any of them! Iron Maiden shows always have a very good vibe of celebration, something like that, I can not explain.
Felipe D. Martins awesome bro! You are a part of Maiden history! I was at the Live after death recordings back in 85 at Long Beach Arena.I’ll always brag about that..lol
@@darrellwood3913 We are part of the Iron Maiden history! Haha. 85? Awesome! At 85 I was only four years old. The live after death shows were epic! I listened a lot when I was a child. Glad to know you were there!
Iron Maiden- Dance of Death [EN VIVO!] (Live)
Or from the Death on the Road DVD
You'll be able to see them live in the US next year. "The Clansman" is in their current stage show, so you'll be in luck.
Haven't seen them in 10 years... The last they came to India was in 2008... :'(
Just saw them last night in Atlanta. It’s tremendous! Freedom!!!
@@laddjm I saw them the night before in Charlotte and it was Phenomenal. The setlist was amazing.
Great song . I think the only thing better then iron maiden is IRON MAIDEN LIVE 😎
Iron Maiden!!! The Best Band Of The Universe!!
No one puts on a show like Maiden! These guys have more energy than bands half their age!
Iron Maiden is the Rolling Stones of metal, they never get old
Iron Maiden - Alexander the Great!
Pa bio bi red. Nitko nikad ne radi reaction video na Alexander the Great! ;)
You must watch Sign Of The Cross at Rock in Rio. Another epic song from Iron Maiden.
Awesome band awesome song maiden forever.
Yesss!More Iron Maiden from Rock in Rio!!!
Hello, do "The greater good of God" by Iron Maiden; you would like the good lyrics and the instrumental is awesome. Keep in mind this song, hope you guys do it.
Carlos Gonzalez the last verse of that song would bring a big smile to Vin and Sori’s face
the name of the song is For the greater good of god :)
"You know Religion has a lot to answer for!" - this song is a flaming accusation of Religion, not praising it.
That song introduced me to Maiden. A Matter of Life and Death was the first album I listened to, and I fell in love with them at first listen.
Iron Maiden - 22 Acacia Avenue
Iron Maiden - The Sign Of The Cross live from the same concert
Of course last year Maiden toured the states with Ghost opening. That should blow Vin's mind.
I saw them last year w/ghost, GREATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT CONCERT!
I saw that shit was already a huge maiden fan but that’s what sold me on ghost
I'm pretty sure Sori would like SEVENTH SON OF A SEVENTH SON from Iron Maiden. I know her after all these reactions.
Hahaha... Yeah me too... Seventh Son blow the guy's(I can't remember his name as I type this) mind...
totaly...i agree with u !!!
Has to be Maiden England live version
yep, I join you all in suffering
Sign of the cross rock in rio live, u will not regret it ((:
Fear Of The Dark Rock in Rio!!!!
It's not too late to see Maiden live. I last saw them in the early 90's and I see they still put on a helluva show.
Dennis Cooke I saw them twice last year and they are still amazing live
Exactly my thoughts. They're still amazing!
Up the irons!
Iron Maiden - Phantom of the Opera Live at the Rainbow 1980
You can still see them! They just finished "Legacy of the Beast" tour this month and they still have the same energy. See them while you still can!
they finished the European leg they will be in america next year
monicajean37 Oh good! I couldn’t find any information on a U.S. leg for this tour while I was on their website last night. Good to hear!
They still going.. Have to see them Vin and Sori!!
I WAS NOT EXPECTINGTHIS FOR A REACTION AWESOME ! DO MORE ! PLEASE
Up the irons! 🤘 Maiden is great live ❤ Helloween - Keeper of the seven keys 🎃
EDIT: It's not to late to catch them live Vin! They are still as energetic as they are in this clip. Bruce is one of the most entertaining frontmen ever!
That's true. I saw them last month in Athens. Still amazing.
HellOweeN
Yes, you haven't seen a live show until you've seen Maiden live! They should come back on tour here soon. They sell out a lot of arenas when they come to America. That's another thing that is great about Maiden...they are still relevant.
And they are actually playing the clansman in this tour
Yep. Just saw them a few weeks ago in Birmingham. The Clansman was present!
React to more Maiden In Rio! The best concert ever, you will love it! Greetings from Chile!!!
Iron fckin maiden... Thanks Vin and Sori
Vin, it's not too late. I saw Iron Maiden and Ghost in Toronto last summer. They played all the classics, it was a great show.
I was there too but they did not play all the classics lol... they played 5-6 tracks off their newest album out of 12. They didn't play aces high, two minutes to midnight, run to the hills, hallowed be thy name, where eagles dare... they missed a ton of classics !
yeah...that is the one thing I generally do not care for Maiden shows is most times they play a lot of their new stuff. I understand why but personally I want to hear the classics. I saw them 3x on the book of souls tour.
ChicagoTRS yeah I totally agree. But they have been playing “the best of the beast” tour over seas so I’m really hoping they bring that tour to North America!
A recent setlist I saw had zero songs off Book Of Souls ... all older stuff which is good!
August 11, 2018 at London:
Churchill's Speech
Aces High
Where Eagles Dare
2 Minutes to Midnight
The Clansman
The Trooper
Revelations
For the Greater Good of God
The Wicker Man
Sign of the Cross
Flight of Icarus
Fear of the Dark
The Number of the Beast
Iron Maiden
Encore:
The Evil That Men Do
Hallowed Be Thy Name
Run to the Hills
Book of Souls still has some great tracks on it.
My first Maiden show was with Ghost and Slayer. They are on tour get ready for the US dates.
What a bill I must say!
Mine was in 1993...I saw Maiden 12 times
Great song..... and good performance with Mr Bruce Dickinson. The song with Blaze Bayley voice is awesome as well. Fantastic lyrics, well done 👏👏🤘.
Iron Maiden never disappoint to their fans. Just check the massive amount of people...
You can definitely tell that Steve Harris unconsciously wrote this with Bruce's voice in mind.
@@tomwisniewski8988 Mr Steve Harris is a genius. Every single song He is part of.. is a masterpiece for the true fans and of course for himself and the boys... (band).
Steve Harris is the man, he wrote almost all of the songs, his imagination and skills to write songs is out of this world, an incredible guy
Saw Iron Maiden in june in copenhagen. Best consert ever. Do For the greater good of God by Maiden.
Eiler Sørensen Saw them in Hannover.. Saw maybe 100 bands and this was the best concert ever
i cry when i hear this song!
Paschendale next!
Good call!
Live from Death on the Road.
My favorite track
I couldn't agree more but despite his legacy and excellence, this song particularly, I find the original singer's version deeper and straight to the soul!
MOONCHILD! wicked vocals and lyrics
Lilla Sked only album version or 2008
yes, album version
Oh, Nicko dancing doing Bruce's part I love how every one is featured as a star one by one and I love their personalities comin through. Such talent!
We need Maiden at least once a week
Agree!!
VinAnd Sori we will eventually get you through their entire discography😂
I would say.... The Iron Maiden week!!! That means if Vin and Sori are working in three or four songs a day at least 1 has to be an iron Maiden song
i saw them a few weeks ago in athens-greece.they performed this song amazingly good .one of the best moments in my life...
@Loz Loz i believe so. If you search this song, the video with the most views has a clansman holding a scottish flag. Plus i have seen "braveheart" and i know some stuff about scottish history .So it was not that hard for me to figure out what this song is about.
+Loz Loz clansman was in the setlist of the tour so they had to play it.it was programmed
first of all the clansman has similar subject with alexander the great. Greece have been in this place many times. As far as alexander the great goes they said they cant play this song because it is too difficult. They have never played it live. Even Adrian said he cannot play his solo on this song. But Bruce promised he wil play it in Greece one day. so lets hope for it czcams.com/video/n_uCQBOBOO4/video.html
Alexander The Great...Fear of The Dark-Live....Phantom of The Opera Live at The Rainbow....Can't go wrong with any of these
Fear of the dark live in rio!!! Please you have to!
Maiden is still exactly as you see in this video. I have seen them live 5 times, they never disappoint. Rock in Rio is up there with Alive in Athens in terms of top live metal shows. Incredible crowd. Clansman is a highly highly underrated song and I'm really glad you did it as opposed to say Fear of the Dark (which don't get me wrong, is also amazing). But I guarantee you very few if any reaction channels have done this tune and version. The energy of the crowd really eleveates this song even more. And the guys in maiden all feed of the crowd. You can see it in every performance they give. These guys are in their 50s or more now and they stilll destroy most of the metal youngsters out there in terms of showmanship while still being crazy technical. 10/10 easy.
Maori culture is absolutely beautiful in every way. But all around the world are beautiful cultures with their own traditions. There is alot of beauty in the every day life of a Tibetan Monk for example. Or the ceremonial cultures of japan. All to often we don't spend enough time appreciating what makes us unique in our rush to make ourselves so similar.
Interestingly you mentioned Metallica as a influence to Iced Earth. ACTUALLY, their biggest influence is maiden. That galloping triplet attack is something that is all over Iced Earth's music, but for Iced Earth it comes from the rhythm section instead of the leads. So its usually galloping riffs instead of leads. For Maiden most of their core galloping sound is anchored by the incredible basswork of Steve Harris, one of the greatest bass players in metal history. Iced Earth has also covered several Maiden songs (Number of the Beast, Hallowed be Thy Name, The Trooper and Transylvania) but suprisingly never covered a Metallica song. I think that says something about where Jon's primary influences for the IE sound come from.
You know what else is a 10/10? Wintersun-Loneliness (Winter).
Up the irons!
Suggestion for next Iron Maiden song: Alexander the Great!
Also ................
EPICA - Consign to Oblivion (Live at the Zenith)
UP
yes sir, great taste - - -----
it is really sad they never play Alexander....one of the best songs ever.and much better than mariner or SSOSS which they play though.
They are still alive and playing shows around the world. They are going to be touring the US soon.
You have to see more from this live, maybe the "intro+the wiker man"
Vin, I saw Iron Maiden n KIllswitch Engage live not even 3 weeks ago, live in Belfast. They still put on an amazing show, and they're as energetic as ever!
Alexander the Great is another epic tune from them check it out
FREEEEDDDOOOOMMMM
Vin, Iron Maiden is still touring and Bruce Dickinson is flying the 747.
Church of the Cosmic Skull "Evil in Your Eye" official video
Still touring vin go see em up the irons
I seen all Iron maiden shows in sweden sence mid 80s still my favorit metalband, and they are very much a live band. PS you chould look up the Singer Bruce he do alot of diffrent things.
Vin, Sori about over 200,000 people jumping in the Maracana estadio in Rio. Same concert The Sign of the Cross great song as this one just you'd reacted
300,000
I have the VHS concert format, I was reading the back of the tape cover and it was over 250,000 people there. This concert was shoot in different locations. Estadio Maracana is located in Rio de Janeiro and it's the biggest stadium in the whole world, also over a billion watched this concert live on tv. The record attendance in 1950 was almost 200,000, but as you can see, there are people jumping in the football field as well. Just to be fair, I need to check the comments on the actual video. Last time I saw this full video was 16 years ago.
You guys rock, Iron Maiden is the best live metal band, love your reactions, would be real cool if you reacted to guns n roses civil war, please do it, the live in Tokyo is great
Bruce is not human, he is a god among men !!!
Not a bad welcome home party for Bruce and Adrian in Brazil haha
Iron Maiden - For The Greater Good Of God
Epica - Consign to Oblivion (live at the Zenith)
Probably the best start to discussion I’ve seen across all these videos. I agree with you Vin about culture and how wonderful it is. It’s very disheartening that all of the bad stuff in the world outshines the good. I think we can all learn from each other to better humanity but too many people are greedy, selfish, ignorant, hateful and most of all scared. People fear what they don’t understand.
The band is fantastic. The performance was amazing. Glad you you enjoyed it.
Sabaton - ghost division ( oficial live video)
One of the best live performances
Iron Maiden - Dance of Death, either the studio version or the En Vivo version
To love your people is to love your fellow man.... hail.
MOONSPELL "Tenebrarum Oratorium [ Andamento I ]" & "Tenebrarum Oratorium [ Andamento II ]" from their 1994 EP "UNDER THE MOONSPELL"... (not to be confused with the re-recorded versions featuring the 2007 compilation "Under Satanae").
Day just got better up the iron
Iron Maiden Rainmaker please!!!
Daniel Gomez Monte one of my favorites
Iron Maiden - the evil that men do (en vivo), i was in that concert
I like how Nicko McBrain dances behind his drum kit during the intro.
I feel like I'm back in 8th grade all over again. Definitely one of my favorite from them. Some of my first serious attempts at art, were attempts at drawing Iron Maiden's mascot Eddie.
I have said it before and I will say it again. Maiden are a one of band never can be copied by anyone else. Will hate the day these guys hang up there boots as that will be a bleak day.
The day that Iron Maiden calls it a day will be extremely depressing. Bands can try to sound like Iron Maiden but they will never be able to. They might be able to show that they have been influenced by Maiden, but they will never be able to sound exactly like them. The first time that I ever heard of Iron Maiden was when I first heard the song Hallowed Be Thy Name at eight years old back in 1987. I knew right away that they were very special. Over thirty years later they are still my all time favorite band ever.
I appreciate that you guys are rocking out, and have deep and awesome conversations. Up the irons!!! God bless!
Thanks so much for Maiden, please do more of them or their singer Dickinson solo
Paschendale, Paschendale, Paschendale
And?
What did the wise man, from Germany say? Do more Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden and Live versions. 😃
German RedskinsFan HTTR!!
Cheers to the mighty Iron Maiden!! You ought to hear Fear of the Dark(live Rock in Rio) by this band. It's an anthem to the all Metal Heads...!!
It's not too late to catch Maiden live. I flew from India to US in 2016 to see them for the first time on The Book of Souls tour.
I have been lucky to have seen them twice again and I wish you get the chance to do that too. They are all in their 60s and will put on such a great show every time 🤘 Up the Irons!!!
MORE MAIDEN LIVE!!!
I'm going to suggest some bands it may not be popular opinions
1. Coroner
2. Isis
3. Ulver
4. Converge
5. Alcest
6. Be'lekor
7. Carcass
To name a few
This list is also for alliance to consider 👏🤘
I have to add something about Mr. Bruce Dickinson, I remember in the number of the beast era, watching Bruce holding the mic stand singing, shouting his lungs out... Man that was so cool. Now a days knowing that he did that to maintain Harry at bay, preventing him from being in the middle with the stand, is freaking hilarious. All those years I thought that was his stage look, darn I was wrong... 😂 😂 😂
These guys play a lot of soccer is why they are in shape and best live band ever.
This was unexpected ...From Maiden, try "For The Greater Good of God".
Iron Maiden - Alexander the Great
Great analysis. This song and your breakdown really resonated with me as well. I'm proud of where I'm from and the nations my people descend from. I think everyone should look into their past and see all of the amazing things your people have done.

5. When the Wild Wind Blows
EDIT (28.08.2018)
Added Afraid to Shoot Strangers and changed Brave New World for Blood Brothers
A few songs missing on that list but I will only mention one that really should be there: "Afraid to Shoot Strangers".
Ah, yes, Afraid to Shoot Strangers. A song loved by many. I'm personally not a gigantic fan of it musically speaking, but I agree that it has some great, thought provoking lyrics
More Iron maiden please! Dance of death(live) is a good choice to react!
Thanks guys. Fantastic reaction. Very proud Scot here with a big smile on my face.
Goosebumps, Goosebumps, Goosbumps everytime....
Wow! Nice shirt you're wearing there Vin. Ne Obliviscaris toured with Allegaeon through Europe this year. Would you like to react to Allegaeon: Grey matter mechanics? You two will love this track. When you do so, please choose the full band playthrough. It will bring you in a higher state of metal consciousness.
fuck yeahh
ALWAYS put on an amazing show! They are playing this song on the current tour. Can’t wait to see them in August for the umpteenth time
I was in that show! It was amazing. And Maiden still is amazing till this day!
