- Hi Everyone,
Today we will be doing a short yoga nidra practice which you can do on its own or at the end of your asana practice. Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a guided meditation practice that provides deep relaxation both physically & mentally. It helps in increasing in production of endorphins or happy hormones and also helps in lowering the levels of cortisol or stress hormones.
You might need a small towel to place on your eyes. Once you are ready, let’s get going.

Hello bharti, I practice your pranayams regularly. They are very soothing to me. Bharti is it possible to make your these videos in hindi also .As yog and pranayams in hindi can be enjoyed and practiced by many including me, as Bharat national language is hindi?

Hi Sunitha, you can actually do this anytime. You can do it at the end of an asana and pranayama practice as final relaxation. You can also do it in the evening before bedtime.
