  • Hi Everyone! Today we will be doing a short morning yoga routine that will help you to open up your mind & body and set you up for the day.
    We will start with a nice warmup, move on to Suryanamaskars and end with a pranayama practice.
    Once you are ready, let's hop onto the mat and get going.

    Why this is the perfect morning routine?
    1.Starts nice and slow, I'm really not in the mood for high knees in the morning
    2.Includes and introduces cardio gradually
    3.Sets the right mindset
    4.Includes pranayama
    5.Ends with chanting Mantra!

    Hello mam, ur yoga pose is good for beginners. I'm also practice yoga but past one month I'm not well I didn't do yoga 😔 now again I plan to start , can you tell me after doing jogging can u do yoga viceversa first yoga and den jog.... which one is good to practice

    I think the pace needs to be adjusted at quite places especially the ones where there is a lot happening. Otherwise it’s good

      Hi Anureet, not really! Hope you are not forcing your body into some of the stretches ? Just do till the point it is comfortable and slowly build your flexibility.

    I follow you, ma'am, because of your teaching technique and fabulous. Ma'am, I wanna know can We practice yoga in the morning and gym I mean puss ups, pull ups, pullovers etc in the evening? I am Akash and 19+ years. Please, ma'am, suggest me.

      Hi Akash, thank you. Sure there should be no issues in adding yoga to your existing workout regime as it will help you with maintaining flexibility and provide stress relief.
