English isn't my first language and when i was learning it in schol we always used to watch speeches of the president to improve our language but since Trump has become president our teachers told us to not speak like him ever because it's very bad language an sometimes you don't even understand him.
I'm a native English speaker from Canada Ms. Storm. Your teacher is quite correct to suggest that his English should not be studied to improve your skill with the language. I do hope you can understand just how comical his speech sounds to a native speaker though. He is extremely stupid in the most obvious way and has no idea himself how stupid he sounds. M. and when I worked on a dairy it was up with the cows and to bed after the cows. Trump has never known such work and wouldn't last 10 minutes working on one!

My guess is that some part of his addled, atrophying brain dredged up the word "tractors" from a business briefing or Fox News story he saw about John Deere and the right to repair. There's a growing movement among manufacturers to block consumers from repairing high-tech equipment (tractors, cars, etc.) so you HAVE to go back to the dealer. Of course, this gets into anti-trust legislation, which falls under the purview of the government, so he should have been briefed on it at some point. Back in April or so, Elizabeth Warren came out in favor of right to repair legislation, so that may be where he heard the word "tractor."
That said, it has nothing to do with broadband access. I think he's just tossing word salad like he usually does.
I know some forms of farming uses GPS to guide their machines down uniform rows, but that uses satellite signals. Hook up? Non-sequitur.
