    As someone who eats 80% vegetarian diet, this video explained why I'm constantly in a need of zinc in my diet.
    I eat seeds DAILY, mostly chia and sunflower, but it's usually around 50g of sunflower seeds, and 2 teaspoons of chia

    Nice video! I always see and hear people talk about dark chocolate as being healthy however their is neve any specifics. !. How much can you eat and 2. In in order for you to get the full health benefits of dark chocolate it cannot contain milk. No one ever mentions that why

      For 2 you say it cant contain milk. It's because the chocolate that contains milk goes through a process that gets rid of the beneficial aspects to the chocolate that will make it less acidic and strong tasting. If it says processed with alkali on chocolate package, it wont have the nutrients in it.

      Chocolate with milk is called “milk chocolate.” That’s why he said eat DARK chocolate. One reason MILK chocolate is less beneficial all around is that for the same size chocolate bar🍫, the addition of milk means there is automatically less chocolate in the entire bar. Also there is typically more sugar in milk chocolate. Personally, I drink cocoa, which I make with pure cocoa powder, and without sugar.
