- ★ 31 Zinc Rich Foods to Boost Your Immune System (Deficiency, Treatment & Daily Intake)
*PINE NUTS ARE ACTUALLY SEEDS*
(Please check with an allergy professional before consuming them if you suffer from other food allergies)
15:42 I rushed to get this video out before Christmas and was working on the voice over until 4am. It's no excuse for making such an important mistake when it comes to allergy foods. I apologise.
Today's Project Diary Video is about identifying Zinc deficiency and treating it naturally with an amazing amount of easy to grow foods. I'm unable to use words to explain the current global situation but adding Zinc to your diet daily can significantly improve your health and reduce your chances of infection.
I don't recommend people take supplements as I've had serious side effects to them in the past, It even took me 3 different brands to find the right Vitamin D that worked for me but I do suggest some people take B12, Vitamin D and Omega3 if you're starting a plant based diet for the first time or feel you're not consuming enough nutrients through food sources.

**PINE NUTS ARE ACTUALLY SEEDS**
(Please check with an allergy professional before consuming them if you suffer from other food allergies)
15:42 I rushed to get this video out before Christmas and was working on the voice over until 4am. It's no excuse for making such an important mistake when it comes to allergy foods. I apologise.
"Pine nut allergies are much like other tree nut allergies in that they can cause anaphylactic reactions. Symptoms may vary from mild to severe and include: Tightness in the chest and difficulty breathing. Swelling of the tongue, throat, nose and lips." Most nuts are seeds, but not all seeds are nuts! An acorn is a nut and is a seed of a oak tree. Pine nuts are the seeds of pine trees. Almonds are the seeds of the almond tree. Brazil nuts are the seeds of the Brazil nut tree.
Thank you so much
your illness is not from virions but from radiation.
specifically cosmic radiation(muons).
muons destroy ultradian rhythms( melatonin and vit D release).
muons destroy immune systems.
muons induce heart attacks.
muons induce lung scaring.
muons ignite volcanoes( volcanic winter).
muons cause anxieties and neural deficits (delerium/psychosis/seizures).
muons induce terra forming via biblical flooding(umbrella effect).
the muon data can be found at the ground based moscow neutron monitor.
we have been megadosed with muons since october 2019.
the source of the muons is the may 1, 2019 micronova level event @ Proxima Centauri
muons are high energy particles which travel just under the speed of light. they move so fast, it takes more than one planet to stop them.
the thermal expansion of magma within the center of the planet, caused by this muon storm is more concerning than zinc consumption( volcanic ice age/ acidic earth age).
in summation: the distance the radiants traveled in light years from the source, less the light aspect; is how long we can expect this muon storm to continue.. another two years.
good luck surviving now you are aware of whats still to come
ponzi is as c 1 9 does

The work it takes to gather all the information here is immense. I respect you for doing all the hard work of gathering then sharing/teaching this all in one place! For me to gather all this would be time consuming. Plus knowing a bit of your health history explains why you learned this to begin with. Every human needs to know this information. Thank you for a lovely, well put together presentation ❤️
Thank you! I took me around 3 weeks to get everything together. This was probably the hardest video to get right as I knew it would be scrutinised heavily. I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)
I agree! This is the kind of video I absolutely love. Big pharma doesn’t want us here in US to learn about NUTRITION. It is stifled in all directions. They even have trolls to hit this type of awesome information to discourage anyone from believing it. I believe it and I want more !!! Lots more! 🤗❤️
@@jofipps376 have you read the troll comments? Lee is absolutely destroying them.
@@jackjackson3349 I dunno what it is about my last few videos but this one in particular is bringing out all the wake jobs, spreading misinformation but can't ever seem to find scientific studies to back their claims. Funny that! ;)

This is an amazing and very useful presentation. This is not simply info, but education. Thank you so much!
Great to see you back, Lee! I hope you're health is much-improved. Thank you so much for your fantastic advice! Stay well and keep up the good work 👏🏻👏🏻
Welcome back! Love it when a video of yours pop up.
Just found you. 1st time viewer. You packed so much information into this video that I was compelled to subscribe! Thanks for posting
Coming from someone with a compromised immune system who’s still trying to recover from THE virus. Thank you for this. It’s been a long 7 days so far into this. When I’m well enough i plan on incorporating these items into my diet!
I wish you well and speedy recovery. I was so worries of the said "bug" as I still have underlining heart, lungs, liver and kidney issues but I'm so glad it passed fairly easily and quickly. I feel blessed with my diet choices, some of my friends haven't been so fortunate. All the best.
I too have a compromised immune system due to cirrhosis. I make a strict practice of consuming at least One fresh lemon everyday. I peel it and blend it with my green tea with Shisandra tea and burdock tea combined, all tea is homemade. Add berries and just a half banana to combat the sour. I try to keep sugar low as this is my first food of the day. Breaking my overnight fast, usually try to wait to eat at least 12 hours after my last meal. Preferably longer.
Don't forget to get plenty of ionophores in your diet as well. Zinc is an ion when in the body and does not like to get into the cells where it does its work. An ionophore helps to donate what zinc needs to no longer be an ion and then get into the cells (not going into the chemistry here).
If you eat a high variety of whole plant foods you should be ok. Or, if you are unsure then add a couple cups of green tea to your diet per day as the ECGC in tea acts as an ionophore. But if you decide to eat like the typical American, which means low on whole plant foods, drink your tea a couple times per day (green tea) and supplement with quercetin. Get it in bulk from Amazon and it will cost around $30 for 8 months to a year supply depending on how much you take. I just use a 1/4 teaspoon per day as insurance since I already drink tea and eat a very high whole food plant diet.
Good luck and I hope your immune systems gets stronger!
Start taking NAC look it up
@@mjs28s Does green tea have caffeine? I ask because I’m allergic to caffeine. Thankyou I advance. Be blessed🙌🏼
Missed you man. Been watching for the longest and glad your feeling better.
I appreciate that!

Amen! Our Great GOD is so sovereign, so GOOD! I thank you so much for all these information. Gods richest blessings be yours overflow, in the Mighty Name of Jesus, keep up the good work my brother, so awesome.
Cost benefit analysis says start your day off with a bowl of hot oats jazzed up with ground up walnuts or sesame seeds or flax (don't grind up too much and store in refrigerator) and a fruit if you need some sweetness.
I love your video!! We're never been instructed enough on our health, and it's so important!! I subscribed and shared your videos to all my FB friends! Thank you for your good advices!!
Thanks for the great video. Just a quick note - pine nuts are seeds, not nuts. I’m not being picky, it’s just that our son has a severe nut allergy, and this is an ingredient we have been told we can use, and are very grateful for. I just thought I’d call it out to avoid confusion. If you have a nut allergy do ask your consultant first though. Thanks again 👍
Thanks for that. I know I'd make a mistake. It took me so long to research this one and ended up finishing the VO at 4am. I noticed I said irom at one point. I appreciate you having my back. I'll put myself under less pressure next time as nut allergies are very serious. Take care.
Almonds are seeds as well. "Nuts are actually the seeds of plants. Most are the seeds of trees; peanuts, however, are the seeds of a legume. Many, including walnuts and cashews, grow inside leathery fruits, with the nut corresponding to the peach pit (also a seed) within a peach."
You are a star. Honest people with common sense who still speak the truth
You’re awesome. Thanks for all the love!
Your 100% right, I got The virus C19 April this year and was one of the ones who ended up in the hospital due to me having asthma as well, and I’m lucky to survive and I’m still recovering from it! When I was in the hospital they gave me a ton of vitamins , Vitamin D, C, zinc and I was low in potassium , and they gave me a sh!t load of steroids and oxygen! I am Blessed by GOD and medical staff that I’m still here! 🙏🙏🙏
Omg! That's awful. I wish you a speed recovery. Thank you for sharing your story.
You got the flu, not the "designer flu". If you're too young to know what the flu is, don't let yourself get hijacked by all the pl@andem*c bullsh^t. Get healthy and strong like you are capable of doing. The co-co is the fru.
@@pash9956 careful! Your tin hat is slipping.
@@pash9956 trust me it wasn’t the flu! I’m 43 and had the flu plenty of times what I experienced was like anything I had before, and that’s facts! My son that’s 24yrs olds is the one who brought it home and his experience of the same virus was different than mines, his experience was like the a severe flu! Mines was completely different, due to my health issues! Before you comes here trying to tell me what my experience was, you might want to use common sense and realize not everyone’s experience is the same!
@@ProjectDiaries Thank You I’m getting better every day! GOD BLESS YOU! 🙏

Excellent information. One of the best I have watched. Looking forward to your next one. Thank you.
Love how balanced your advice is. Not too much plants, but not too much meat.
Best advise would be no animal ptoducts though.
I am so glad you did this. I have been missing you. I have been have some health issues myself as of late and am on an anti-inflammatory diet because of psoriatic arthritis. Thanks for the good info.
I hope the anti inflammatory diet helps you as much as it has me. I'll continue to do these type of videos to hopefully help you more. Take care. :)
Very well done! You "packed" in a lot of good info like these foods are "packed" with good nutrients. Love the way you "mention" the "unmentionable." 😉 Thanks for the help!

Such a treasure box of information. THANK YOU SO MUCH
Thanks for the great information! Extremely important in these days to boost our imunesystem!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I told agree with you. I live in U.S. And my work place have been watching Dr John Campbell from the U.K. We love that he gives his unbiased report on his report. I work in a Dental office and really thought we were all going to get it right from the beginning. But none of us haven't gotten sick. We boosted up our Vitamin D3 , C and zinc.
I think he also advices to up your Vitamin K too? He gives a nice insight. I'm glad you're boosted :)
@@ProjectDiaries Vit D3 with zinc, The Health Ranger Store sells it. His products are clean.
You do know he is not a medical doctor
@@rebeccamccoy3584 you do know the "medical doctors" know very little about nutrition? It's called a practice for a reason.
@@ProjectDiaries so why are you giving nutritional advice? Not sure what your on about ,my comment to someone was a fact that he is not a medical doctor he is a nurse with a doctorate in philosophy only.
Wow!! Great to see you back!!
Well done a huge amount of information in a short video! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Really helpful and lovely to see you back!
Thank you!
Thank you for this useful information as always Lee. Have a great holiday season and stay safe and healthy
You too! I hope you're well.
Mung beans! I put on your videos while I was cleaning up the kitchen, and just happened to be soaking some mung beans as well! Good to know they're full of benefits.
Thanks for the reminder, Lee. Hope all is well. 🙏💕🌻
HOORAY FOR OATMEAL! Add chopped dried fruit for variety.
Also, in New Orleans, Louisiana and other southeastern locales, the new year starts with black eyed peas and rice and cabbage- but any green will do. Beans for luck & cabbage for money! Top off the greens with a bit of pepper vinegar and you’re in for a treat! Happy Holidays!
That all sounds amazing! I love adding cinnamon, blueberries, flaxseeds and maple syrup to mine. Rice and Peas are SO good! :)
Oatmeal makes you fat
Store bought dried fruit can contain some undesirable additives like sugar or sodium. So probably best to make your own. Better yet, fresh or frozen. Definitely avoid anything with sugar.

Wow, so much great information here - thanks! I make my own breakfast granola with pumpkin seeds, pecans, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds - roasted in coconut oil and a small amount of guava nectar (which is better than honey for those with type 2 diabetes) and eaten with blueberries and natural yoghurt. Good to know I'm getting all that goodness - just need to cut down on red wine now 🙂

One of the best combinations to boost immune system is having enough vitamin A and zinc. They work synergistically together and are vital for immune function. Vitamin A is required by stem cells to be able to differentiate into white blood cells your immune cells and red blood cells. Zinc is needed for the body to gain access to stored vitamin A from your liver. So if you really want to reap the benefits having both these nutrients is vital.
So what foods are high in Vit A?
@@brendabrinkmanpasichnyk3500 your body turns beta carotene into vitamin A. Tomatoes, carrots, red peppers etc.
