It’s wonderful!! For me it’s a great transition when I don’t want to sleep but know I need to get to bed. It keeps me engaged and entertained yet secretly relaxes and starts to get me ready for sleep at the same time. It’s like hiding vegetables for kids 😅

I've had this personal experience many times in life and I always find it fascinating,rather than frustrating. But I TRY to NEVER shop in person,unless I have some time to "kill". Maybe that's just me? Lol

I can not help but to read Flowe's as F- Lowe's, but that's because of my own disdain for them when I was attempting to remodel my kitchen. LOL This was great Mary!
They called me Friday night to inform me that it'll be another two weeks before they could deliver my refrigerator because they messed up and didn't realize that they had none in stock when I bought it. No "Sorry about that!" or anything.
So yeah, it may look like "F-Lowes" for a reason. 😡

I can relate Carl! I’ve had my Mom call me at work for the most odd reasons. Bless her heart! She once called me to tell me someone was sitting in her car and could I bring her some honey roasted cashews right now! My Father was home by the way. Nobody was in her imaginary car! Mary, hands down my new favorite character is Carl. I think you’re missing your calling. Hollywood needs you! 😂 😂 😂 (I love my Mom) she can’t help it. And, I totally see John Denver in Carl. I rewatch this video at least once a week because it is one of my favorites and the creepy smile you get on your face when you say "We need to set up a delivery" at the end always makes me laugh uncontrollably. Thank you for this video Mary.

I’ve watched this twice now and only just realized that all these things are Mary! She has two kids, is divorced, grows long nails, she works and also does things online 😂 it just went over my head the first time
I once went to Lowe's and was waiting for my mom at the washing machines and a man asked me if my husband knew I was looking to by one.... I am 15

That’s terrible, lmao! Every time I go to home improvement stores, people look at me funny, and so many ask the same thing: is my husband is here with me and needing something. One time, I answered I didn’t have one, and that I had everything I needed. They asked me what I needed all of the items I grabbed for (plywood, pond sealer, power tools, etc) and the look on their face was priceless when I replied that I was building a 440 gallon aquarium.
Chloe Anderson I like being gay people don’t ask me for stuff or ask to help me and if I ask they usually do it if not I threaten to sue for discrimination lol I never will but it’s funny to see how fast they jump to help me.😂😂

I was watching another video, I saw a comment mentioning how the character of Carl was born, I watched the video about the real refrigerator ordeal, and now I appreciate this Carl even more! I understand why he has that creepy stare and his relationship with mom. That's so brilliant
According to a Sears Repairman that I talked to, the refrigerators with the freezer at the bottom mess up A LOT.
At this point, I'll settle for one that just messes up in a different way from my current refrigerator.

Oh Lord... we bought a refrigerator and paid for delivery (down two pretty narrow sets of stairs, a pretty steep hill) and the second the truck pulls up, one guy sticks his head out and goes, "We don't have to take it down there, do we?" After being informed that yes, they do in fact, need to take it down there, the younger one pulls out his tape measure and starts telling us that the fridge won't fit. The older guy starts telling us that his shoulder was recently replaced, and he has a bad back, so he can't really help. Meanwhile, we hear the younger one on the other side of the truck pleading with his supervisor "We can't take it down there! Just give 'em 10% off! Do it for me?" so F-LOWES indeed *eye-roll*
