  • A centre’s main attacking role on court is to support play and help to bring the ball to the circle edge to feed the shooters.
After the centre pass, it is important that a C can react off of the WA’s movements to balance the court and provide and make space for the pass in the shooting third.
This session is a great one to practice with your WA so you can get used to eachother’s movements and start to feed successfully from the circle edge.
    Complete each movement for 60s x 3
Movement 1 - Drive to pocket
    - React off WA drive
    - Drive to opposite corner for ball
    - Turn to ‘feed’
Movement 2 - Circle edge movement to support at the top
    - React off WA drive
    - Drive to opposite corner
    - Cut to receive ball at top of circle
    - Turn to ‘feed’
    Movement 3 - Lateral Option
    - React off WA drive
    - Provide lateral option in opposite channel
    - Feed back to WA
    - React off WA for either pocket or top ball
    - Turn to ‘feed’
