  • Split landings should be the bread and butter move for any gaolers. They help you to take the ball away from the defender and will help you to get closer to the post.
    Spend as much time as you need to on the first exercise in the video until you have perfected the split landing movement making sure to always turn on your heel.
    When you feel you've mastered the move you can look to add a defender and movement to make it more game specific.
