  • The plant, hips and sprint method for changing direction isn't wrong, but try my 123 change and you will soon notice an increase in your speed on the court.
    Starting with a short tutorial on how to 123 change, this session will have you working up a sweat and working on your change of direction at speed over 15 minutes.
    Perfect if you are looking to improve that on court fitness too.
