- In this practice athletes worked on improving their basic COD movement. We focused on:
- Keeping a small base
- Turning hip quickly
- Aggressive attacking runs
- Hips facing direction of run
- Head looking up through court
We then progressed to look at reaction time and speed through the court - video coming soon!
