  • STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
    Today's session is a HIIT workout aimed to target your whole body! It is a no repeat workout so be prepared to show up and sweat for this one.
    You will be working for 30 seconds with 30 seconds rest throughout the workout.
    You will need an exercise mat for this session and plenty of water.
    Remember to complete a full warm up before you get started and to cool down and stretch properly afterwards too!
    1. High knees with box
    2. Standing crunches
    3. Shoulder Taps
    4. Mountain Climbers
    5. Russian Twists
    6. Renegade rows with jack
    7. Squat pulse and Jump
    8. Kick throughs
    9. Push Ups
    10. Side Squat and touch
    11. Plank toe taps
    12. Jump Jack with plunge
