I've been riding my R3 for 2 years and have had 2 other low cc bikes over the last 4 years, my friend just recently bought an R6.
I felt the same way when I rode it for the first time.... it's addictive!!

once you ride a 600 the 400 feels fairly slow lol and you wanna upgrade

I had a 2013 ninja 300 2 years ago and loved it but I love the sound of the 4 cylinders engine

I went from a ninja 400 to ZX10R learning that bike was terrifying and exhilarating almost crashed a few times but I got it down in 3 and a half weeks love the 636s though super clean edge look to them

@@sleeper.simulant7327 no this was 5 years ago lol I traded my 10R for an R1 lol. Had to fix it up cause the bike loves eating it’s battery and gearbox, or at least mine did.

I like the way you ride by nice and slow on the six hundred..... As if you couldn't hear it through the hill sides getting whipped, lol. Yeah there's no comparison when you step on a six hundred.

I currently have a yzfr 125 and I’m looking to upgrade soon do you think going for a 600 is too much, I think so and for that reason I’ve been looking at ninja 400’s
i think from 125 too 400 is an amazing jump , if you dont care about the 2 cyl sound, if you do i would go for the zx4rr
@@tsharabi4 love the sound of both engines, sadly the zx4rr isn't out in the uk and would also be abit too pricey for me. I think i'll go with the ninja 400.

By going wrong i meant once you ride a 600 the 400 feels kinda slow at times

Do you use an aftermarket fork mount and just the one quad lock uses?
just the quad lock kit everything i got was from them for about 100$ with the case

May be a noob question - but why can I not see you guys putting the bikes in gear when you pull off?? Are they already in 1st when you turn them on? Im very confused
You can cut the kill switch with the bike in 1st gear. Good to do if your on a hill. It'll lock the tires. Just have to remember when you start it to pull the clutch because it's in gear.

Hey brother thank you!! I understand what you mean but I think those r3 and ninja 400 are same price at least in USA so I would still get the ninja 400 it has more parts and stuff also that you can customize on it even if you cant use the power as much that's just my opinion you know

@@nilavnayan4521 i rode moto X from when i was 5 to 30yrs old then my first new bike was 07 Gsxr 1000 and my secondary bike was an 06 zx6r loved them both , if you ride smart you can ride anything and learn it over time ..

I have a ninja 300 a little over 1 year of riding and almost 10k miles. I want to upgrade but I’m still a little afraid too. Honestly for my area (south east ohio) the 300 is more than capable. Our roads are all twisties. Iv gotten myself in some sketch situations just on my 300 usually it’s gravel in the road. I want to get a 600 but idk if I should. I feel the 300 is perfect for my daily work commute but man I would like to know what that power feels like.
A 600 is not a step up from the 300/400, it's borderline a race/track bike based on its ergonomics and power delivery.
A 650 might be more what you're looking for and a ninja 650 would be an awesome jump up from the 300 on a platform you already know and are comfortable with, but just more capable with better finishing and features and obviously more power and torque.
A used sv650 you couldnt go wrong with either and are a favourite for a reason.

@@malachi4516 No problem man, and ya I feel like it's an often overlooked goldilocks class of bike, as it's much cheaper than the 3cyl 700s while providing the punch and fun factor above the "300" class without definitely going to jail from the speed lol.

so for now im gonna get my self the Ninja 500 SE, ride it for 1.5 years get my riding expericane up then hopefully i can upgrade to this beauty or the R6

He loves it!! his only complain is he pref the sound of a 4cyl but he said the power and weight and everything is insane super nimble
