Exactly! I’m knackered watching him😆.. I was like tha’ smornin when got in from work.. dunno where the energy comes from.. it deflates through day n I’ll be doin a blast before bed n then shower .. kinda works best for me .. one at night is the hardest though😆😆

Llevo 2 semanas haciendo y la verdad que sirve ya se me nota un poco el abdomen marcado y perdí un poco de grasa abdominal, Gracias por los ejercicios hermano;)
Cuáles ejercicio recomiendas para empezar
@@josszeferino3328 actualmente comencé a hacer seguido el ejercicio hace 1 mes aunque tuve ciertos contratiempos, lo que si te puedo recomendar si es tu primera vez haciendo es comenzar de apoco has algunas flexiones de 10/15 por series y poco a poco tu cuerpo pedirá más, alzar pesas, en mi caso alzo pesas de cemento para el abdomen esta rutina del video y aparte otros tipos de ejercicios abdominales y sentadillas, muy aparte de la buena alimentación y las horas del sueño necesarias esos súmale el estar tomando agua durante el día constantemente
@@jixxyt10 que significa de 10/15? Estoy empezando ahora a hacer ejercicio diario, a parte también me apunte a un gimnasio de King boxing y me gustaría saber más, podrías decirme algunas cosas más bro?
@@CanalMuerto como le dije en el otro comentario bro, depende mucho del cuerpo en mi caso soy ectomorfo y me cuesta ganar masa muscular por ser (Flaco), la genética influye para los ectomofos es recomendable, alimentarse más de lo normal por qué consumes fuerzas al entrenar, horas de sueño 7-8 como mínimo, ser constante en las rutinas, tomar más agua ya que el agua te ayuda mucho yo antes no tomaba casi nada de agua pero ahora tomo mucho más ya que el cuerpo me lo pide, ejercicios en cada parte del cuerpo 10/15 por ejemplo hacer 100 flexiones de 10 en 10 o 15 en 15, 20 en 20, tomar muchas vitaminas, también tomar lo que son batidos de proteínas y así.
Son consejos que me dieron amigos que andan todo mamados jaja, espero te sirva
