How messed up is that? Casinos take peoples' money everyday with an advantage, but when a player finds a way to exploit their game, he is wrong and has to pay THEM back?? F that
A casino is a business just like any other business and if a business doesn't profit there is no business. You think the casinos are suppose to make it so that every gambler comes in and make their rent money to take home? I know that you've been through the indoctrination camps called the school system where you are taught to expect a handout instead of a paycheck, but get real.
definitely deserve to go bankrupt those crooks. Dont understand how anyone would even play at those casinos anymore.
We still call him PD. I'm just an old neighbor and friend he grew up with in the Roselle , NJ.... He's Excellent Beholding Great Skills!
You know you're doing well when multiple casinos are suing you for winning too much LMAO
The man, the myth, the legend. No home Jerome!
1 of The GOATS at the table. He perfected his craft and became a Millionare.
Then he lost his millions by being greedy schemer in baccarat.
Damn. To have mentors
Like those two...
No wonder Ivey is a beast
Ivey by far the greatest of all time imo, Ivey is not just a player he is a brand.
Ivey is overrated. In 2014, Ivey is the second biggest loser in online poker. In 2015, Ivey is the biggest LOSER in online poker. Nowadays, top poker players run circle on Ivey.
I met him I worked at a golf resort in palm desert California. Him and Eric legrand had a golf cart full of 10,000$ stacks gambling on each holes! Huge tipper and cool ass guys. Mad respect
@@michaelss1294 Im pretty sure gus hansen is the biggest loser in online poker? he was definitely one of the best before all the GTO stuff came around. you can't say he's over rated when he dominated for 20+ years?
@@ridgechase9648 , Ivey is overrated. Yes. In 2014, Gus Hansen is the biggest loser in online poker and right behind Hansen is Ivey. Ivey in second as for biggest loser.
No home Jerome, is the alias that lead to the Legend we all know.
I miss Full Tilt being available in the US.. SO much! I remember Phil would just randomly sit in TINY cash games... (The 5/10 cent games) He would just sweep people up, waiting for his bigger game to start. I sat in one just to say I virtually gave him cents. So stupid! But fun memories, then. I always found it hilarious when Phil would do that. Maybe warming up or flexing.. Who knows. It was entertaining, though!
That wasn’t actually Phil, it was his friends and or assistant. FTP simply doesn’t exist anymore. They were a shady ass company, good riddance.
I remembered few years ago I watched on tv watch poker I was like oh man…. He’s so talented. I only play online didn’t pay in real poker I’m tooo scared lol I like to play online
win big! Lose big! such as life.
A real talent but a real target also.
I was told that the lawsuit filed by Cates and the Russian dude was a ploy to get Ivey's money back..And test it for future WSOP events given his legal standings with the casinos...I think that all 3 of them share the same lawyer
Tom Dwan has that Ivey stare to I've noticed.
🐐
$100,000 a month alimony wtf for? They have no kids and his yearly income is not exactly calculable and for sure not assured from year to year. So where did this crazy figure of payment come from?
That's the family court system in America if you are a man. It's like reverse sharia law
@@davymac92 Man bad woman good. But from what I understood there now is an UNO reverse card, when a woman makes or has the big bag, the man receives alimony exactly the same way and ridiculous amounts.
Legenda em BR 🙏
🐐💸💰
got me for life BUFFALO BILLS
Such BS the casinos can sue you for BEATING them.
Crazy that not one bracelet is NL Hold em.
1st THE GOAT 🐐 PHIL IVEY
Nope. Ivey is mr. overrated
@@michaelss1294 cry harder hater. He's rich, you're a broke bitch 🤣🤣🖕
How many people have won the tournament after bustin Ivey, because of the Ego-Boost? : )))
G.o.a.t
Dnegs took ivey under his wing wtf lol. Where did u get this bs
He's a young Black man who made history in a sport generally for non Blacks.
There's no difference between black and white poker players. You sound dumb AF
Racist
Ghost
on the radar. Got nothing better in you but a long one try a fist.
Stupid
What does race have to do with this. Ivey was asked if race was ever an issue in poker and he said “ absolutely not “
So they knew Phil was playing under a fake ID but nobody bothered to say anything? That seems a bit shady.
Ivey is a gambling addict. Not impossible to lose it all.
Thx for the video. Great as always :) .
I wanna see Cunningham or Paul Phua.
How do you know that Ivey plays above his bankroll and has a chance to ever lose it all?
@@goodfractalspoker7179 I don't know it. That is why I wrote "not impossible". Gambling addicts have lost more than him. So: Not impossible. And he plays a lot of -EV gambling games and not just Poker.
@@goodfractalspoker7179He did lose it all. He used his millions in poker to try to make millions off other casinos on an elaborate scheme in the game of baccarat. He was sued for at least 20 million and his winnings from poker were taken to pay off the court rulings. He's greedy, shady, and dishonest.
Then he goes and cheats. Wtf is wrong with him. He was already good.
He didn’t cheat. The casino granted every one of his requests and the judge even said he didn’t cheat.
@@christianburk7309 technically you are correct. But he still knew how to read those decks. So he had a advantage.
@@christianburk7309The judge said he was dishonest. What's the difference.
Poker is a fun game, but if you spend all your life playing it’s a wasted life.
What about people who spend 40-70 hours a week in an office for 45 years?
I’d rather do that having big money then slave away 40-60 hours a week behind a desk or something.
That's a Paul Morphy quote that he said about chess. Morphy was up there considered a great like Bobby Fischer.
I’d find way more enjoyment out of my life if I substituted the hours I spend doing my desk job playing poker instead.
Documentary...really?
Documentaries are like an hour. This is a pathetic way to get views and make money
Documentary (noun) "a film or television or radio programme that provides a factual report on a particular subject."
If you think this isn't a documentary you are wrong. This is *not* a feature length documentary however.
I like that it says documentary. I knew what I was clicking on. You can see the length before you click the video. What title would you have preferred?
It's a good video for sure and understand that it provides info that might or is true, the documentary's title is maybe click bait but overall this channel is really entertaining and also provides cool info. keep up the good work fella!
It took a whole 12 min for a documentary of the beat poker player to live Wow Pretty insulting
