Can’t express how much I am loving this channel Kenny, natural bodybuilding is class!
Thanks for sharing and glad you are loving the channel 💪
Straight facts , 100% natural here ..I train high intensity low- moderate volume , 3-4 days max in the gym. Biggest I ever got was training 3 days a week , I’ll do 4 days if I’m feeling recovered, 2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off repeat. 246lbs @ 6’0 with abs (not shredded tho) and bigger / stronger then anyone in the gym at any given time including gear heads.
Last contest I weighed in at 206lbs peeled. Been training 17 years straight. When I did high volume 6 days a week it was the worse progress. Find what works for you.
what was your split or what has been your split when only 3 days per wk?
Sets per workout?
can you go into more detail with your split/workouts?
This wasn’t just brilliant advice with regards to training it was fantastic advice for life in general. Thanks Kenny and Ian.
Thanks for sharing this 🙏👊
Great interview with a great champion. Lots of information.
Thank you for your great channel.
🙏👊 thanks for tuning in!
I keep it to full body 3x per week with a pretty low volume plan of only 15 total sets per workout. It gets me out of the gym in 45 min.
It's two sets for push, two sets for pull, two sets for quad, two sets for the posterior chain, one set to failure for biceps/triceps/side delt/rear delt, and then three sets of heavy sled pushing.
Fantastic info. Great channel
🙏👊
I really like hearing these episodes! Would you considered interviewing female natural bodybuilders? I'm a female, thats why I'm curious 😊🙌🏾
Yes we are considering it! Thanks for tuning in and glad you are enjoying the episodes!!
Can you post this chaps training program please?
Love your channel pal.
🙏👊 thanks for tuning in!
Where do we find the full podcasts? Your channel seems to have just short segments..
Hey Joe, full episodes can be found on Spotify and Apple, however as of recent majority of the episodes are being uploaded onto CZcams in 2-3 separate videos specific to the topic being discussed. Enjoy!
“But Mike Israetel says you need to train 6 days a week with 52 sets”
-PubMed Ned
Not exactly.
Mike is heavy on roids… any of his opinion makes no sense for a natural bodybuilder.. natural bodybuilders need much more rest and specific amount of sets per body part.. perhaps 6-8 intense sets/WEEK.
Enhanced.
