Boudica Prime recently made her debut in Rise of Kingdoms. Early testing suggests she is very powerful, but what is the best talent build to maximize her skill set? Would a special talent horn make a noticeable difference or maybe free up a point or 2?

That's a good question. I haven't done many analyses with special talented horn of fury (although it is very easy to do) because until recently I didn't even have one. I can start doing some updates with special talented ones.
