unlike SOME PEOPLE *glances down at the english literature major a few comments ago*, i'm absolutely obsessed with your style of writing and the descriptiveness of it. i think it makes the stories much more enticing and enjoyable to listen to, and in spite of having the attention span of a fruit fly, I always find myself happily listening to even your hour-long pastas.

Hollywood should be funding the ever living hell out of you. Way better than the horror movies of the modern age that rely on jump scares, this story had atmosphere, suspense, and a terror that stares you right in the face, literally. All the knowns make you cringe as the sympathy pains crawl up your arms and the unknowns keep your heart pounding as you expect some Eldrich abomination to be waiting around every corner only to never truly know what is causing all this chaos. this story gets 5/5 kudos to you Liam I rarely ever get this creeped out by anything, thank you for the thrill.

Liam, my dude, where to fucking begin? You are so talented it's nuts. I can't believe the quality of the original stories you make. I love your stories so much. They're haunting, so damn creative, descriptive, and hilarious at time. You are so gifted at writing. The characters are very likable, dynamic, and believable, and I just love the way you make them speak. The dialogue is amazing. Then when you read it's something else. I just put the video on, turn off the lights, and close my eyes. No homo, but your voice is like perfect dude. You read with such emotion, I just love it. 1) This story has eerie psychological horror rather than "peekaboo go to sleep, hurr durr, stab stab". This is actually scary and you can't wait for what to happen next. You don't know what is going on, but small leads are revealed constantly.
2) It's just the kind of theme I like. Disease, "mind control" (not exactly, but you get my meaning), some kind of paranormality (OR IS IT? Mary Celeste anyone?). It's an antagonist that you can't see, or that turns the protagonist into its own antagonist.
3) The perfect setting. Rather than "hello I went fishing with my grandpa in a lake and we all died" it's set in Alaska, with well described fog rolling in. You feel totally alone and isolated even though you are just sitting in your room.
4) The perfect narrating. You are really dragged into the story, it plays out better than a movie.
Liam, you are amazing. I have not commented in a while because of the final rush in senior high, so you probably don't remember me - but as a long time fan of your work: Thank you, don't stop writing. You are the next Stephen King, at the very least.

Man, this is a good story. The suspense built up so much, and I hardly noticed how long it was taking for things to get scary because I was so wrapped up in the atmosphere. Your reading was nearly flawless. Great work, man.

I think this story may have actually given me an anxiety attack, towards the end I had a hard time breathing and when I got up my vision started darkening, it could have just been dehydration though.

Haha, that was a rather strange description, wasn't it? I often use the hyperbole of someone's heart jumping into their throat, but usually whittle that down to say it's simply pumping blood into their throat . . . blood tastes like copper . . . hence copper in the throat, lolz XD I probably got a little too artsy fartsy there XD XD XD

These are the types of stories I like! Monster pastas. Not those ""true"" (fake) pastas that are boring so they can sound believable.
Hear hear! There's only so many times you can listen to "weird things started happening to me, but there's no explanation and I may never know the answer, the end" before you want something a bit more fun.
I've noticed too often that many pasta authors put more effort into making something "believable" by making it too vague and anticlimactic to be engaging.

P.p.s. On a more realistic note, If you gnawed your fingers down to the bone (as John and Sarah did) you would pass-out from shock, loss of blood or too much adrenaline. Once you would've passed out all motor functions would stop and you would begin bleeding out as you lie unconscious on the ground or you'd wake up for a brief moment (due to adrenaline rushing through you as your body tries to fix it's self and/or wake you back up to find help) and then pass out again to never wake up. I'm really hungry.
