Yes? There were someone from danish tv who tested this. They sat for 45 mins. and they didn't have any issues with it. Imagine being deaf, possibly same thing, and imagine if there isn't any light either or simply nothing to look at, it would be much, much worse. Apart from that, this is a creepypasta, explaining the weird stuff happening, such as the sun burns and broken cameras, and possibly the insanity as well.
thing is these rooms exist. I don't know if there has been experiments in them but the longest time spent in one was indeed 45 minutes and they left cause they said they felt like they were going insane even if they spoke to their self to break the silence.
I love it when you find a creepy pasta that has that feel like... what if this one was actually real... like some are just too paranormal to really believe, but then some...*shivers*
? This rather confuses me, good sir. Sure, advanced security cameras were anachronistic in this story, but styrofoam was invented during the war, and Television monitors had been around for over 20+ years. Is this story perfect? Haha, lol, nope. Is it even that good? Probably not even close. But that doesn't give you a reason to make false claims, now does it? Haha, thanks for watching though, I certainly hope you find my other stories less worthy of hitting yourself in the face XD
+Scary Story Time With Liam I find it weird that the recording of the German scientist is narrated in English. If you're gonna have someone talk through a recording machine in a way to represent an audio recording don't do one for a scene when the recording isn't meant to be spoken in English.

Haha, without spoiling too much of the story, let me just say that I'm extremely interested in this field and the potential capabilities of the human brain :D I mean, who isn't?! I kinda want to say that I wish this were possible but . . . after writing this story I realized . . . maybe it's not such a good thing to hope for after all, haha ;) Thanks so much! _High Five!_
Ok... it's horror please quit trying to ruin it by analyzing it. This is the reason I research when writing my horror fiction stories, because everyone knitpicks everything.
Goodness gravy! This is on level with some of the best sci-fi/horror short stories I've read. I was fascinated and terrified at the same time, and the mystery of what was causing the "sunburns" alone made me want to get through the whole thing. This deserves more views.
KyrieIsHiding Well thank you so much man! I sure loved writing it and I'm not exactly complaining :D I've spent far more time on other stories that have far less views :) This is my most popular one by far in terms of view count, so it means a lot for you to say that, but I don't mind XD
gustavo gallegos the effect of anachromic (probably butchered the spelling). Chambers on people's phsyc is actually rather well documented. When you put a perfectly now all person into a completely soundless environment, weird shit does in fact happen with their brain
Bikini Lagoon Actually....no. type in the worlds quietest room and it will come up with that room. It was made in the last 20 years and is used for scientific experiments using sound and was never designed/ used for torture.
Simon Johnstone Yes but, in the story it takes place in an concentration camp that actually exists as well, I'm just saying the "worlds quietest room" is not in that camp.
Weird. Has a low anchor in reality, but that's okay for a horror story. The monotone of your voice is perfect. I love listening to your readings. The voice of the human subject, err, thing, that actually speaks via radiation is just as the thing should sound. Good job.
This particular story has meant alot to me, as a fan of horror and as a horror writer. It's a great chilling creepypasta. It in fact inspired one of my stories, called The Nazi Yelling Experiments. I'm so grateful and blessed to be a part of this wonderful community. I am blessed enough to have the ability to tell some stories with the world. Hopefully they touch some people in the way this story touched /inspired me.
Hristiyan Hristov Hmmmm . . . not sure if you are just sassing me because you think the stories are similar, or if you are genuinely confused. If you are the latter, I can tell you that this story is not affiliated, nor bears any relation, to "The Russian Sleep Experiment." The two are different stories, only similar in that they are "experiment pastas," a genre of CreepyPastas introduced long before either of these two stories were written. Hopefully that cleared some things up! Thanks for watching! ^_^
Scary Story Time With Liam I'm sassing you. The stories are practically identical. They're both about a foreign regime performing an experiment on prisoners which involves keeping them in a room for an extended period of time (and both involve breathing some sort of gas). The subjects start going crazy, turning into cannibalistic freaks, until the experiment has to get canceled. At the end, one of the monsters delivers a monologue to one of the guards in which he explains that he's pure evil, or something along those lines. Those aren't just passing similarities, they're, like, exactly the same plot points. Compare this to, say, "The Harbinger Experiment" - another experiment-related creepypasta which still does things very different from "Russian Sleep Experiment". Don't get me wrong, this isn't your fault at all - you did a great job reading the story, though "original" it most certainly is not.
Hristiyan Hristov Ah yes, I really appreciate your honesty and ability to provide examples to support your argument. You make incredibly valid points, and while your claims are a bit general ("subjects going crazy" for example, is hardly something just these two stories share, rather more of a generally overused cliche, wouldn't you agree?) you definitely have me pretty pinned down. I suppose all I can really do is assure you that taking plot points from "The Russian Sleep Experiment" was entirely not my intention, and such surface similarities were subconscious inspiration for sure. I do, however, admit that they exist. In return, surely you must admit that both stories sport their own uniqueness despite co-aligning "plot points," both being worthwhile in their own right. If not, that is totally fine as well, and I urge you to please don't judge me from this story alone. With 40+ stories, I'm sure you'll find one of mine that is a bit more original for your taste :) If not . . . well, guess I better reconsider my hobby, eh? Haha, have a good one dude, been a pleasure talking with you!
Scary Story Time With Liam Oh, trust me, I know fully well that these coincidences happen. People can be inspired by a lot of stuff subconsciously, and I'm guessing that's what happened here. I mean, the writing was way too good to have been an obvious ripoff, like the numerous "X the Killer" stories floating around, so I'm certainly willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. And hey, don't take it too hard - I've been watching your videos (and those of other Creepypasta readers) and thus far I'm very entertained. I mean, that's why I'm here, after all :D I have subscribed and will certainly keep watching. Hey, maybe some day you can read one of my Pastas? :D
Hristiyan Hristov Absolutely! I like to think I'm fairly unique in this aspect. I only narrate stories written by me, or those written by my subscribers, rather than taking requests for already written pastas or just finding ones online. This way, everyone feels like they can try their hand at writing, even if they've never tried before! Already, I can tell you've got a better grasp of English than a lot of the stories I get (A LOT better, haha), so I would love nothing more than to look over some of your stuff! Liamvickers1@hotmail.com is the place to send anything and everything! Looking forward to possibly getting something from you in the future! ^_^
The first question. The question that must never be answered. Hidden in plain sight. The question you've been running from all your life! Doctor who? Doctor WHO? DOCTOR....WHO?
The ending ruined it for me. It's one thing if a test subject says something creepy, but to have them go on and on for 3 minutes ruins the illusion of fear. Also whispering should only be used sparingly.
The premise of the story is flawed because that's not how the sound chamber works. It doesn't absorb all sound. It absorbs all external sound, so that any sound within the chamber is amplified exponentially. It's been reported that people can hear their blood flowing at -9db. The people in that chamber would have experienced anything BUT silence.
I seriously can't listen to your stories to go go to bed. I can do it with any other CreepyPasta, but yours keep me up, shaking. Congratulations, man, you have succeed what only jump scares have done to me.

I get the idea that the brain focuses more when not exposed to sound. But that doesn't make much sense. Why don't the deaf experience the same effects? Or was it the gases that were pumped into the room? Just a thought. It was a rather very scary story indeed though.
Well I'm glad you liked it :3 And yeah, the only thing I can think of is that being "deaf" and "not hearing anything" are entirely different scenarios. In the same way that people who are blind since birth don't see "blackness" . . . They simply don't see ANYTHING. Kinda a weird concept to grasp, haha XD Does this help the story make any more sense? Psshhht. No. But whatever, haha :P Logic is not my strong suit in writing.

Omg, my friend would stalk you if I told her to check out you channel lol. But overall message: keep doing what you do, cause you're a god at it, you got infinite subs and a brownie from me :)
+Give your meat A good ol, rub no the floor is a hanging structure above more sound proofing and even if they somehow did make a sound the air is so thin it cannot act as a medium to carry sound waves
Scary Story Time With Liam Admittedly everyone should check their rooms for a randomly appearing KingSpook....he might start to narrate your movements X3
This is German Nazis not Russian hence Russian sleep experiment that was in Russia not Germany or in a concentration camp you dumbass get your shit together.
This is a lot like the "Russian Sleep Experiment". Prisoners, during a war, put into a room, and having something removed (sound/sleep), and the time spent in the room causes extremely crazy changes in the test subjects.
Also to be honest I cant believe he has 3000 subscribers I was expecting atleast 100,000 from a youtuber like this. In my opinion his creepypastas are better then mrcreepypasta's. ( Also I thinkif he had a shorter name he would be alot more popular like people who are called Funny fails in the world arent very popular)
@@ScaryStoryTimeWithLiam Hey man, was looking through my youtube comment history and saw this channel, I know you quit and i'm sure this channel is long since abandoned, but I want you to know that your channel in particular really changed my life. I loved creepypastas so much back then that I decided to take English Literature in university and i've just finished with a first from Oxford! I'm sure you won't see this but looking back on it, you're a very talented writer and I hope you pursue such aspirations to this day (Also I think my name suggestions even as a 12 year old were pretty cool, if you had renamed to Lscary i'm sure you'd have a million subs).
the experiment was simple but the lack of oxygen in the caused the experiment to go south because it wasn't done right they should have made them deaf and mute so it wasn't done right.
At first I thought this was too similar to the Russian Sleep Experiment but the ending! That was actually really good! The clever twist that explains the burns, that I LOVED! Nicely done! The voicework at the end was cool too, reminded me of some black metal vocals.
Haha, thank you :3 . . . I think . . . right? I'm gonna be honest here when I admit that I'm not entirely sure what you mean by cheese . . . if you are asking if my stories are cheesy, then oh yes, haha, very much so :D
At first i was wondering how your voice was causing such suspense in me as you read this story. Then, at 8:43 i realized it. The music playing is a slowed down piano of the song from Saw. I do not know the name of the song, only that it plays usually near the ends when all is being explained. Great music choice! Fits well.
Contrary to the rest of the commenters, I really like this much more than The Russian Sleep Experiment. I kind of hated that one, to be honest. I love this one!
Remember kids, don’t do creepy experiments in the Cold War that will almost certainly result in giving the unwilling test subjects awful unnatural psy powers
So...is it weird that when I first tried to load this up, I got to the explanation of the building of the room, then my computer had a sound glitch, blue-screened, still with the sound glitch, until I force-restarted it? Not. kidding.
This was the video that got me to subscribe to you this is the best creepy pasta ever Nextel the Russian sleep experiment but like I said this is actually a good one because you wrote like you officially made it up yourself it's awesome thank youyou are the best creepy pasta writer I have ever known well I don't know you but still you are the best creepy pasta writer ever hit making these videos please please don't give up play by the way the fishing trip one N. I love you so much dude :o. I've seen a lot of creepypasta/ creepypasta narration, and all I can say is that you are simply the best. Omg, my friend would stalk you if I told her to check out you channel lol. But overall message: keep doing what you do, cause you're a god at it, you got infinite subs and a brownie from me :)
RED Haha, well thanks man! :D And hey, nothin' wrong with a crazy stalker as long as it's another fan, haha XD
I've watched this many times and it's still one of my favorites. Awesome job.
Thanks a lot! :3 So glad you like it!
+Scary Story Time With Liam The music is a little loud. But this was awesome :D
my fav is faces in the storm you should watch it
Can't that just stomp their feet?
wouldn't matter.
+Johnathan Mcmillan (Mistermister187) but it would make sound!
+Give your meat A good ol, rub no the floor is a hanging structure above more sound proofing and even if they somehow did make a sound the air is so thin it cannot act as a medium to carry sound waves
+Mr.Chin how about if they farted with their lips?
im so confused
This story really well written really creepy and to some extent possible witch adds to the creepyness its really
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you so much! :D
I think I figured out Slenderman's secrets. He has no mouth, no nose, no eyes, no ears. He can speak with his mind because he cannot hear.
MYSTERY SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!
Scary Story Time With Liam YAY!
Awesome. You guys agree with me! YAY
Omg that'd explain why his presence disrupts electrical equipment. The radiation his communication causes.
yep
This is really good . One of my favs of all time . This beats smile dog and Jeff the killer and anything else!
+Cl0ak LAGZ most things can beat jeff's story
True silence no one ever has experienced...except all the deaf people.
Even deaf people, your head still shakes from the vibrations of sounds. So nobody can really not hear until you're dead.
and wouldnt you be able to hear your own heart thumping? or even your blood flowing through your veins? or grinding ones teeth?
Very well done and THOROUGHLY freaked me out...Thank you
I know it's a CP but Ravensbrück was a woman's only concentration camp, so the test subjects would all be girl's
That voice seems twice as creepy if you imagine the "speaker" to be a woman.
This is really good! The first thing I've heard on your channel, and I can definitely say I plan on listening to a lot more!
im conflicted.....I luv this one, but i also love the Harbinger Experiment and Russian Sleep Experiment...T.T so many favs
Haha, well, yay! I, for one, am honored to even be on a list with popular stories such as those! ^_^ I'm so glad you enjoyed this one!
XD I may never sleep again but it's soooo worth it
Do you guys ever get paranoid after reading/narrating these stories? I legit have to check my room for subject 3 or any other creeper O.O
Stella Luna No, but sometimes I have to check my room for *****
Scary Story Time With Liam Admittedly everyone should check their rooms for a randomly appearing KingSpook....he might start to narrate your movements X3
CZcams suggested this to me, glad I watched! Great read, it's on my bucket list of future reads.
Btw thanks for making me paranoid for a week! :3
Sure thing man! XD
every creepypasta before this is marked as 10 years ago which is a whole lot of time
_I can't wait for another upload_
this is pretty much just the russian sleep experiment rewritten
That's what I was thinking
This is German Nazis not Russian hence Russian sleep experiment that was in Russia not Germany or in a concentration camp you dumbass get your shit together.
Thomas Kremers yeah "rewritten" not fucking copypasted lol
Thomas Kremers did you even read what he said?
SoneGuyCalledJon It's a troll. STOP FEEDING IT
You sir have earned another subscription. Nice job
I find this reading a masterpiece!
Well thank you! (Lovin' the profile pic by the way) ;)
Wow, what a great Story. Very well done! :D
i like how the "recording" of a german cientist is in perfect english 😂😂
This is a lot like the "Russian Sleep Experiment". Prisoners, during a war, put into a room, and having something removed (sound/sleep), and the time spent in the room causes extremely crazy changes in the test subjects.
Also to be honest I cant believe he has 3000 subscribers I was expecting atleast 100,000 from a youtuber like this. In my opinion his creepypastas are better then mrcreepypasta's. ( Also I thinkif he had a shorter name he would be alot more popular like people who are called Funny fails in the world arent very popular)
Hmmm . . . I suppose I could change my name . . . Any suggestions? :3
Uh Liamsscarystorys XD Still to long though :P
TheEvilpot creepyliam or Lscary
Damb that ending was dope... Good job dude
Thanks man! :D Glad you liked it!
Thats fine. I didn't NEED sleep anyway...
Oh good ;)
how horrifyingly original.
This was well made. One of the few I was able to enjoy cx
Welp, time to trek on up to the top of a mountain so I can be in isolation and find out what will happen :)))
just found your channel, awesome video! :3
ima subscribe now
This gave me chills
Clara J Yippee! XD
+Clara J dont be a chicken
I love the music you add to these
This kinda reminds me of the Russian sleep experiment but over all the creepypasta is amazing
dragontitan x Well thank you ^-^
Ya man keep up the good work ^-^
the experiment was simple but the lack of oxygen in the caused the experiment to go south because it wasn't done right they should have made them deaf and mute so it wasn't done right.
THIS STORY WASZINT SUPPOSED TO MAKE ME SLEEPY
Same here lol
At first I thought this was too similar to the Russian Sleep Experiment but the ending! That was actually really good! The clever twist that explains the burns, that I LOVED! Nicely done! The voicework at the end was cool too, reminded me of some black metal vocals.
Thanks a ton! That means a lot! :3
I thought the same thing as well!
+Scary Story Time With Liam Whats that thing in the back of the room? It looks like a body, kinda.
+Logan Lafoe My bad I should have continued the story.
Love the long pastas, but do yours have cheese? I subbed.
Haha, thank you :3 . . . I think . . . right? I'm gonna be honest here when I admit that I'm not entirely sure what you mean by cheese . . . if you are asking if my stories are cheesy, then oh yes, haha, very much so :D
No I mean cheese as in,cheese :P yum yum.
CynnicalScout Ohhhh, I see . . . delicious! Haha :P
At first i was wondering how your voice was causing such suspense in me as you read this story. Then, at 8:43 i realized it. The music playing is a slowed down piano of the song from Saw. I do not know the name of the song, only that it plays usually near the ends when all is being explained.
Great music choice! Fits well.
these rooms are actually real and the info about the longest time being spent in the room is also real. 45 minutes.
Neko Fenrir I don't know whether to be impressed by the record breaker or to feel extremely sorry for them.
Neko Fenrir Uh, no. Veritasium spent way longer in one.
1 of my favorites was the russhen sleep expirment
*Russian Sleep Experiment
Yo man, this is some good shit! I love it
Contrary to the rest of the commenters, I really like this much more than The Russian Sleep Experiment. I kind of hated that one, to be honest. I love this one!
Thank you so much, haha XD That means a lot!
np. I've listened to this like a hundred times! :D
Scary Story Time With Liam I agree with TheBlackTheatre
Nah...the Russian sleep experiment was the first creepypasta I heard. If it wasn't for that one I would be here today, in the comments :p
Lol. Wasn't my first. Wasn't even that impressive to me, but to each their own. This one is my preference.
OMG This sweet cannelloni!! I can´t get enough of this psuedoscientific experiment pastas
Has the writer never heard of deaf people?
I know this is gonna give me nightmares but these experiment stories are so good.
This reading has got you a new subscriber.
Wooooot! Haha, yay! :) Thanks!
thE VOICE AT 20:24 IM SCARED
Wow. amazing work.
Thanks! I'm super happy that I got to work with all of these great people to record this :D
Revisiting some of my old favorites, I miss this channel soooo bad!
Security Camera in the Nazi concentration camp?!
Not. kidding.
. . . O_o Clearly my video is trying to kill you. That's the only logical explanation I can think of.
Florida fishing trip that was actually pretty cool but
what about deaf people?
This is very impressive, definitely something that stands out from the rest in some way, I can't quite put my finger on it, I've read a lot of creepypasta over the years and this one is going to stick with me.
Iz mene Haha, yippee! :D Thank you so much! Super glad you enjoyed it!
This is like the Russian sleep experiment
