3 things MatPat, you should have calculated that momentum with Ant-man growing to giant size as well, also, what if he just went inside Thanos' ear? Also, in Endgame, it was shown that Scott can break through concrete and rubble of the Avenger's base while growing to giant man size, so I'm gonna say the pim particles produce whatever amount of force and or energy is needed to make a person grow to a specific size in any given situation.

Just realized something; your example of how ant man's growth can be blocked by solid objects has him growing past human size. Given what's already established on how growing to giant size has negative effects on him, there's a good chance the growth process is weaker growing from normal size to giant size, compared to growing from ant-size to normal size.

There is a flaw in this methodology, depending on your O rings the expansion has a chance of pushing Antman out Thanos's back door. It mostly depends on how far Scott goes in before growing and the abilities of Thanos's sphincter (though a weaker sphincter works save Thanos). It doesn't detract from the result, but it deserves mentioning.

Yeah, in the example Mat used from Antman 2, I think he forgot to take into account that Antman only expanded because his suit was malfunctioning, so he wasn't intentionally trying to break through the building.

The way Ant-Man defeats Thanos is actually simpler.
~ Take Cap's shield then shrink down to ant size with it.
~ Place a timed capsule of the blue "grow" particles onto the shield.
~ Jump up onto Thanos' head and throw the shield deep into Thanos' ear.
~ Jump back off of Thanos and wait until the timer on the "grow" particles expires.
Pretty sure Thanos' head couldn't handle a 2 foot diameter, vibranium shield suddenly expanding deep in his ear canal next to his brain.

The school room in "Ant-Man And The Wasp" wouldn't have been airtight or watertight, with windows and doors etc allowing for atmospheric expansion, which is why the pressure differential is spread over a wider area than the confines of that one room and it remains unaffected - whereas the ant burrow from the first "Ant-Man" movie would have comparatively very little space for the change in air pressure when he expands due to the tiny ant-sized tunnels (not to mention a lack of structural beams and load-bearing construction-grade materials), which would add to the pressure under the ground thus causing the lawn to explode.
Applying this to Thanos' colon, which would be more-or-less watertight and airtight and also filled with digestive juices and trapped dense gases from breaking down whatever it is that Thanos ate for his pre-genocide breakfast, it's not only the physical mass of Ant-Man himself which you'd have to take into account but also the gases and fluids around him being pushed out of the way _as_ he expands pushing against the walls of the digestive tract.
TL:DR, you're failing to take into account the fact that - from a biological perspective, at least - Thanos is full of s**t. And also, farts.

Infinity War was SO good, simply an amazing movie but Endgame seemed like a totally different type of movie. It just didnt have the same feeling and was quite slow. I wish they would have wrote Endgame a different way.

Iron man and black widow die, captain America goes back to 1944, Thor joins the guardians of the galaxy, Thanos and his army get snapped, Tony has a kid and happily married, Hawkeye became the test subject for the quantum realm and Hulk badly injured his arm tryin on the Stark Gauntlet and of course everybody recognizable showed up at Tony’s funeral. And one more thing Luis The Mexican didn’t even have a cameo recapping the last ten years.
