    Thank you for sharing this, I need to work on it because I can talk the talk but my body reacts still, my nervous system. I’m overcoming shame all day long, everyday.
    That b would kill me if she could. She hates every fiber of my existence.
    It’s such evil.

    My mother has shamed me enough, why further shame my own self and cause my own suffering 😢 My mother shamed me with other people, told people I was a bad kid, lies to make herself look good because she was too afraid to look at her own reflection and her own insecurities. She was reprojecting her own thoughts of her being a bad child onto me.
