    If you are getting “Header is Wrong” using the PicoFlasher and maybe other flashers… it’s because your wires from the flasher to the Xbox are to LONG. I made this mistake, my wires were around 20inches long and I was get this error. They are now around 6-9 inches long and it works perfectly fine now. Please pass this along, that the NAND wires need to be short…. Maybe at most 10 inches long.

    Hi I have done a trinity motherboard using the two wire method, and also flashed the dvd drive,and everything works perfectly. However I now have a Corona 16mb, which I have tried several times now, but jrunner reports no console found. I know I have 5.5v standby power coming off the power brick, however I dont know what power is needed to actually read the nand. I know I have voltages of 3.3V at the j2c1 header as well as 3 volts, but I'm not sure what voltage I actually need to read the nand. I have looked for header voltages on the internet, but cant find anything other than wiring diagrams. I would have liked to find which pin is vcc. I know the yellow wire is ground. I dont know which wires are for data etc. I was hoping that with your knowledge of doing numerous console's you may have come across this information for J2C1 and J2C3. Any help would be much appreciated, regards Andy.

      Stop using it wrong.
      LOL, sorry, couldn't help myself. You're probably inserting the "fork" too far into the Xclamp. The little lip on the underside is very shallow - so don't fully insert the forks. Just put them in far enough to get the leverage.

    Where do I get the trinity.bin file?

    • @TheWeekendModder
      @TheWeekendModder  Před 2 lety

      Get a current version of Jrunner and the "create ECC" will generate an ECC for you (be sure to have RGH3 box selected). Or grab the RGH3 release pack from 15432's release pack off his youtube.

      Wrong. The resistor is on the QSB, I go over installing it in detail. You skipped over that part probably.

      It is the same on the corona, only the pll points are different and the resistor is 1k. Also use postfix adapter if needed. All solder point apears on internet.

    • @TheWeekendModder
      @TheWeekendModder  Před 2 lety +1

      RGH2 has been great on slims for years, I'm not denigrating the method - I just think RGH3 is objectively "better" because you don't need a separate glitch chip. So if your RGH2 works well for you, I'm not saying you should upgrade, but if you were going to mod a new console - you'd be silly not to use RGH3.
