- Community garden gate built from scrap bicycle parts.
My friend Eric, who has appeared here more than once, builds functional pieces of artwork that can be found throughout the Erie area. He is a talented artist, good friend, and an avid bicycle enthusiast of many years.
This is my second gate and it's greatly improved over the last. There have been a number of them since.
I have been a builder of various things out of a number of materials my entire life. Thank you Josh for this video of my work.

Thanks for building neat stuff to enhance our community.
That’s really cool. Two completely unique latches between this and the lever/caliper from the last video. I wish I had that kind of creative vision. Beautiful. Thank you for sharing it with us.
I wish I did too. I'd like to do an entire video on my friend, and his work... if he'll agree to it.
Sweet!!!! I would be soooo making stuff like that with all the junk bikes in our trailerhood if I ever bought a welder 😉👍❤🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲
You probably need a welder. Christmas is coming soon!
That's a cool gate.
Thanks. He’s a great talent.
That is so cool 😎
Thanks homie. My friend is quite the craftsman.
Rad!
Glad you think so. I really like his work.
@EriebyCycle it's very creative and if you didn't film it we wouldn't know about it. I think that guys art needs more exposure!
@@billywood9717 I wholeheartedly agree.
Big rain clouds floating over the shop, and 64 degrees right now.
@EriebyCycle same here. Mid 60s with overcast. Very spring-like. I say, if you're not riding, you should be fishing. Lol! My thoughts anyway. There's a bit of a cold front coming in tonight and leaving early Thursday morning. Hopefully we're done with the snow and frigid temps until next winter!
@@billywood9717 amen
I’ll have to check that out where’s that at
I say exactly where it is at the start of the video.
