Thanks Chris, just a few tweaks and this will be a permanent fixture for the shop and road , couldn't be more pleased, I like having 2 variable heat areas and a dead spot in the back to slide things off the heat a bit . Iooked it up , 79 bucks for the 16 inch griddle.

No there is a hole , the grease is pushed back and flows into the drip can , , I set my percolator on the grill just to keep the coffee warm after the percolating is done , I dint cook with pans on the grill but you sure could . Thanks for the comment 👍
You know , thanks for noticing, I dont cook in that cup but I just set it in there to keep my coffee from getting cold . The cup is fantastic it is double walked , unmarked however made in Japan , I wish I knew
