Just bought mine a week ago. Figured its a great time to check it out and since I was never a fan of my dw779 (with light kit installed) this saw is amazingly smooth. I like it A LOT MORE.

Nice video bud, watched pump up your views. Are all the parts plastic on this saw? Miter gauge handles basically all they blue parts are they plastic?

Not all, the bevel lock is metal up front, everything else is plastic. Its a smooth saw for sure. Like it so much better than the new DW779(with light added) I now have sitting on my floor.
