Thanks for posting this. I have been looking for unique wood inlay templates and could not find much of a selection from the usual woodworking sources. I knew some clever person with a unused cnc would produce some. I’m checking out slab stitcher currently.

Them gutters weren’t leveled right .....I’m not here to bash but the water needs to run to the down spout and that was a lot of silicone caulk that’s was a lot of pile up at the seem that’ll act like a gold pan and shingles are coated in a corse rock like materials that are heavy sometimes so what happens is you get build up in those spots and it can bust the seem

Gutter behind flashing is a must!

No sir rain water is gonna wrot fascal board ! Gutter is used for 2 purpose , and that is to protect fascal and to prevent water from collecting perimeter of foundation. Which can caut foundation problems.

Gutter has to be behind drip edge of fascal flashing to prevent fascal water damage!
