No clinical evidence of outcomes in this domain, 95% of results in animal model does not translate into clinical outcomes.
But I have great respect for n=1 experience sharing. It is the only way to progress until we have evidence.
My experience is that injecting T enanthate, T suspension, and a bit of hcg, has given very good primary outcomes, as well as it has correlated with lowered SBHG from 80 to 28! Nothing else worked.
Side benefit of having multiple vectors in the morning is that I can give myself an extra “umph” if work requires it, my sleep was bad, etc.
There are studies showing that AR is the key for muscle mass not testosterone itself. Also my personal experience plus bloodwork are proving this. In Eastern Európe you can find herbs as Tribulus or Mumio because they are effective even for cognition and are great adaptogens. Also there are studies on gut health and how it affect mental state, inflammation…. Just by changing the diet and with simple supplements you can raise testosterone naturally
TRT will work faster but need to be manage properly, it is also because of the AR and DHT can help regulate therefore guys on TRT also taking things like Proviron
@@biohackingformen agree on all your points. My comment was about the impact of raising androgen receptor density having a clinical impact, an impact of Outcomes. Mechanistic effects are extremely important to understand, both when working practically with n = 1 scenarios, but also when testing what to clinically test for.
In a multivariate system, mechanistic understanding can only be used to form hypotheses, to be tested, either when coaching/self-coaching, or when doing well designed outcome studies.
There are two pitfalls:
One is to conclude from mechanistic effect to general knowledge. This is the most common error among biohackers/influencers.
The other is to abstain from experimentation on self or others, based on mechanistic understanding used in a specific context. This is the most common mistake done by MDs. (I am married to one, sigh 😂😂😂).
One can race way ahead of established approved medical praxis, if one is willing to do structured experimentation on the individual subject, informed by all areas: mechanistic understanding, and established medical praxis. Good MDs do that, but they have to hide it from the system they operate in. Good biohacker/TRT/etc coaches do it as well.
The ones that don’t do it is the rule-book MDs. Fuck them.

@@gohardorgohome7687 3mg morning and night the first time, NOW brand. Gyno started and I was lucky I got a doctor and surgeon to write it off as something medically vague like a Unilateral Incision so medical covered it since one side was a problem while the other was super minimal.
Years later I tried the boron again and then the minimal left side gyno was flaring up. I found an online prescription website to prescribe me raloxifine to knock it out that time.
Boron was the common denominator to both cases.
But technically my multi right now gives me 3mg of it daily with no issue for almost a year. So either 6mg hit a threshold, or the boron on the multi is bunk, or NOW boron isn't actually boron..

Carnitine is the key to increasing androgen receptors. Preferably injectable since only 10-15% is orally absorbed.
It is not that easy, I would say fixing DHT is the key
@@biohackingformen In increasing DHT, especially in older men, one has to monitor several markers, as increasing it too much can have several negative downstream effects (i.e. elevated estradiol, BPH, alopecia). Carnitine has no side effects and has several studies showing that as little as 2g daily can upregulate AR content which may also promote recovery from post-workout stress.
