- Do you or your partner have low testosterone? Not sure? Well, here are some of the signs
You're overweight or obese
No sex drive
You don't wake up with morning wood
You're having trouble conceiving if you're trying to have a baby
You're eating a plant-based diet
You’re losing hair all over your body
Here’s a few things to combat this:
Eat more meat and saturated fat. Stearic acid in saturated fat is an aromatase inhibitor and prevents the conversion of testosterone to estrogen
Get more sunlight - vitamin D deficiencies are closely linked to low testosterone levels. Seriously do this one. Testosterone is life and the sun creates all life.
Stop exposing yourself to plastics - Only drink liquids out of steel or glass and don’t drink out of cans or throw-away coffee cups since they often contain plastic liners, most likely made of BPA, BPS or BPF
Stop drinking alcohol - it’s estrogenic and increases cortisol, which is going to further lower your testosterone levels
Sleep more and stop eating a plant-based diet. Plant-based nutrition is high in polyunsaturated fatty acids which are estrogenic and increase cortisol. This includes crappy ultra-processed foods too.

I hadn't had morning wood for years due to obesity. I was flirting with 300 pounds on the scale in December and decided I'd had enough. 4 ½ months later, sober, and dieting I now weigh 235, and I've been getting it every morning for a while now.

@@user-li4ju9qk5w It does,but not to the point where it interferes with Body Functioning. There's a Min and max level of test, Min after you've jerked and max at like 4-7 days since last jerk. After that,it begins to drop. Jerking doesn't mess the levels that much anyways

Update: I started taking 170 micrograms of Vitamin D every day, switched out my daily monster drink for pomegranate juice, fixed my sleep (with medication), and started doing intense workouts like lifting logs in the forest or doing push-ups in my local riverbed (in the actual water) as well as eating nothing but healthy fats, 200 grams of protein a day and about 3400 calories and I'm happy to say that my morning issue is no longer that... An issue!!.
My wood is back, my muscles are sloooooooooowly growing, my energy is a little better too.
By no means do i feel healthy, strong or even my age physichally. I feel like a 30 year old trapped in a 60 year old body but that's still better than before when i felt like a 30 year old in a 90 year old body xD...
Hopefully the vitamins will improve even more to the point where I'll actually feel like a 30 year old in a 30 year old body. Here's to hoping anyway :).

I can’t say it’s accurate cuz I read this one like one year ago, I don’t remember much but still. A balanced and suitable cold shower Is effective, your likely to feel motivated, fresh and active while gaining the benefits from the cold shower. This motivation is essential to continue with activities that boosts testosterone. There has been studies that has shown that cold shower doesn’t do anything and actually can decrease the levels but it’s up to you. You can check them out(Can’t guarantee it being accurate).

@@Getsgevjs871 yes and I think eating lots of saturated fats like butter and fatty red meat while cutting seed oils out helps even more. Must be something about the saturated fat that helps protect the skin. Makes me wonder if we get more wrinkles on a low fat diet from sun damage too

These fats are inflammatory and accumulate in your skin and fat, causing a "burn" when mixed with the sun. Keep increasing your sun exposure, I guarantee you will only feel better

Most vegetables have nitric oxide, which is very important for T levles and health in general. Not arguing against eating meat; it's undoubtedly best for muscle synthesis, but eat your fruits and veggies too.

Before you start TRT, did they do an investigation of why your T levels are low?
I developed low T levels due to extreme stress, not sleeping enough.
What symptoms did you have?
Stop exercising that much. Too much cardio can lower your testosterone. Rest a little until you feel your sex drive again. Then start exercising but not too much. Three times in a week, 1 hour exercise with plenty of rest between sets is the best especially when a man have low T. I have low T too. I'm having difficulty loosing weight and building muscle. I exercise (only push ups and pull ups, while doing pull ups my feet on the ground, I'm only lifting my upper body 20 reps) it's slow progress but still it is a progress. It's better than nothing.

Masturbation plays a huge role in this too. Recently I've been doing that a lot without corn. And though not watching corn is definitely better than watching corn , you still need to control that urge, especially at night. I also second what you say about alcohol though I feel like beer in particular is very bad. I'm 26 so my T levels recover well quite naturally so long as I'm healthy, but still man those days where I do feel like my T levels are low are depressing :(

Could you please talk about dairy? I'm literally addicted to it. I drink 2 cups of milk, two cups of home made plain yogurt, a big slice of butter, and half cup of cottage cheese everyday. I also take one serving of whey protein isolate. Some videos scared me of dairy but I just can't stop it

I drink about almost a litre of milk everyday, plus whey protein, keffir. Dairy is a big component of my total calories and protein intake.
My diet is unique in other ways though. I don't consume much carbs or simple sugars. Like I don't have rice, I have large bowl of cauliflower instead with any meat dishes.

Obesity does lower your T. A bit of alcohol wont lower your T, but more than a bit will damage your cells, plastics are a maybe for some not for others.
Loosing hair is actually a sign of high testosterone, since a sister hormone produced along side it is responsible for balding.
