    This was really helpful. I feel like you really get it. Under eating then snacking on rubbish foods then over exercising to punish yourself. I really wish you were around in my twenties! I absolutely love you ❤

    Thank you so much for sharing! I love my oats too have you got any good ideas as to what to put with them though to make sure getting healthy fats etc and don’t get that spike please? X

      My pleasure Deb! So adding a good quality protein powder for protein (maybe grassfed and naturally sweetened so not too many artificial sweeteners), adding fruit rather than syrups, lots of chocolate etc and some peanut butter or nuts, seeds for healthy fats 💕

    My husband jokes with me that my portions are large for being a female. I feel that I can keep on eating especially if it is something I like
