Sir, I have purchased loEV battery scooty 8 months ago. But now it got switched off after showing some issues and not working . The dealer and company representative totally not receiving our call from 1 month. Please suggest what we should do?
In CP GRAM only government organisations are considered not for private organisations . Like EV cp gram is not useful

pls dont buy PURE EV EPLUTO 7G if you are in Mumbai,. their dealer RC Automobile , a 3rd class service, after selling they are not bothered to take call also., hence pls dont buy i have i am facing somuch problem, now i m dragging him to consumer court

I bought a hero optima HX from the dealer on February 11, 2022, which came with a 3-year warranty for its electric scooter motor. However, after seventeen months, the motor has begun experiencing issues, and the dealer seems unable to help me resolve them. According to them, the hero company has discontinued the manufacturing of these motors, leaving me feeling helpless. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

One of my client bought center table. In the showroom it is perfectly alright but, when the same was delivered glass had lot of scratches. We had sent a legal notice and after 15 days the showroom representative called my client and got the same replaced with in 3 days.
Ola electric on 09/04/24 offered used 1495 kms driven scooter between Dec 2023 to April 2024 I refused to take delivery, also scooter mfd in 2023 and company declared it as a 2024 model customer, tough to connect customer care already issued legal notice.
But Ola is forcing me to take old scooter by reburfising it and no compensation for legal expense and harassment . online national consumer helpline closed complain on company's reply saying it is a service issue, whereas I have not received scooter till date. please let me know any option available with me.

I have one question. Not exactly related to it but somewhat related. I went to restaurant and they charged 26 rs for one 20 rs bisleri bottle. 25 as pride marked in bill and 1 rs for extra GST. I asked him why. He told me that it's service charges "for hotel". Is it right? If no, where should I complain?
Himmm I purchased Gemopai scooter on oct 5 - 2022. The dealer said average of 60 and charging time of 3 hrs but when I started USING it it is not all all PERFORMING as per the dealers words. The average is below 35, charging time taken is 4 hrs, wiring issues, plug coming of while riding. What to do?
Dear sir .i have purchased heroelectric optima CX5.0 on july 7 but only in 2 months this scooter failed on each n every parameter that was company claim..like range,body,performance, pickup everywhere its failed..not value for money i have spent 1.45 lakh on this company representative not receiving call from last 2 months. I booked an ola s1 pro on sept 2021 . I was promised it will be delivered by January . It never happened 😭😭. I waited till March 2022 my account was debited by 2 month emi still i haven't recieved it yet then I cancelled the order . I got back the emi . Still ola is holding 20000 rs which I haven't recieved yet . When ever I am calling their customer care they are saying issues has been escalated . It has been six month how should I proceed to consumer court

Got battery issue and it got dead.
Now more than 2 months Completed but still in the progress, really that much time required?

But now we can't trust these companies anymore, only trusted brands are good like Ola,TVS, Bajaj etc.

Airtel:
i have recharged my air for 365 days, offer was Recharge with 365 days with out loosing current benefit or days
i have 40 days more to recharge but after seeing add promising i have recharged with 365 days plan (because there is going to hike in tarrif) but after recharge i lost current plan and Airtel started new plan from same days!!
i have made many mails sent screen shots of offer & called customer care many times but no use, Finally i have raise the complaint in portal and within few days Airtel management called me and they have added amount equal to those loss days in wallet
OLA:
i have cancelled my booking and they where not refunding my amount even after 30 days as they promised in 7to 10 days, so i have again raised the complaint in consumer portal they have refunded with in 2 days

I bought hero optima cx er after 1 year baterry backup is half and they said that hero electric is in court case so they don't manufacture parts.
They said when court case is clear then they manufacture part.
and then u got claimed parts
Please don't buy Pure EV company scooter, Major battery problem back up, No any solution given by a company,No any answer given by company of online consumer Court,after this manual case file with lawyer, and battery is in company
