Cody, are aged final expense the best leads to maximize cpa and efficiency when first starting out to gather resources to re invest back into team and better marketing data? Is it possible to do a million with aged data? Thoughts
It's possible but I always think having a mixture of aged leads and fresh leads is the best way to go. You can definitely start with aged leads though, and don't forget about your warm market or "Rolling 100"... I don't believe so.. there will always be the need for a person to person connection in sales interactions, especially in life insurance. A lot of people don't see the need for life insurance on their own and must be sold on it.
Hey Cody, I just turned 18 about 2 weeks ago and I want to join an agency and sell insurance as soon as possible. I'm currently finishing high school online so I have the ability to work full time. What is the best way to go about getting an interview and being hired at my age with no prior sales experience to show for? Should I independently get my license or do it through a company? I'm constantly learning through reading and listening to audiobooks everyday on sales. Id really appreciate your advice on this, Thank you.

Most companies are always willing to take on a new salesmen just show them you’re hungry and dedicated to learn. In regards to your licensing question preferably do it under an agency. I’d recommend starting out with a captive agency and learning under an experienced agent
And yes btw don't forget that you are not gonna get paid and you are only gonna get paid only if you close a deal so get ready for failures my friend.Im also a brand new agent from india we should connect and discuss and share our challenges and stories.
