Is Indad and Vindaloo the same?
Lovely recipe. Thanks a ton for sharing it. In case we decide to opt for raisins or dates, for the amount of pork used in this recipe, what proportion of raisins/dates would you suggest we add?
Your most welcome, thank you for liking. You can use between 3 to 5 dates or 1 & 1/2 tbsp of raisins depending on how sweet you prefer. But don't use both.
@@YouandICanCook Thank you so much. Apologies, i failed to check your reply earlier.
Can we use fried suran instead of fried potatoes dear?
Suran or yam and green (raw) banana that is used for cooking will go well with pork bafat. I have not tried suran with pork indaad but then you can always experiment with new things.
Looking very tasty 😋😋
Thank you

Wow looks great
This is Vindaloo almost with another name???
Vindaloo is called Indad in Konkani.. so it is the same.
Is this what we goans call vindaloo?
Nope, they are different. Vindaloo is spicier and tangy. Indad has a sweeter taste.
Seems like sweet dish 😢 with 1 tbsp of sugar
Not very. It balances the taste.
Your recipe is not complete you have not mentioned the masalas your using especially beginners wanting to try u should make sure to give proper information
FYI this recipe is complete. If you had bothered to watch the beginning of the video from 1:09 - 2:12 minutes you would have found all the masalas along with their measurements clearly stated. Throughout the video I have explained the process step by step in English. I have given proper information in my video but looks like you have not even watched 2 minutes of the video and written a hate comment without watching.
