Definitely. You ever get full labs, CBC, liver enzymes, kidney markers (creatine, glom filtration rate, etc.)? I ran gear a couple times from an online site and had minimal results, and ended up getting really sick and having kidney damage. Plus feeling like I was gonna pass out, and weird bodily sensations, I think trigger mostly by nolvadex. Worst decision I ever made. If I had access to actual pharmaceutical gear that'd be a different story. Not "pharmacy grade." Edit: how do ppl get actual usa made pharmaceutical gear ANYWAY!? 🤷🏻♂️

Im 38 6'2" and 240lbs. I started working out 4 years ago and went from 185lbs to 240lbs. My recommendation to you is to make it burn! If it burns, it grows! If the muscle is not burning then switch it up and forget that workout until you achieve the burn. Only then will you see incredible results and people accusing you of doing enhancements! (It's a good feeling)

Well 3 things, he increased whatever he takes, whether its trt or an actual cycle, and its likes less than 30 lbs of just muscle, we dont have any machines in this current time period to accurately messure bf% with a margin of error by 4% and he increase his food intake.

This channel is ahead of it’s time because truly, everyone should do their own science. Since it’s impossible to draw a conclusion from a series of studies (impossible to account or control all variables) we always put too much stock in “scientific studies”. The only reasonable solution is to do your own science and live in a constant state of hypothesis.

Is it a good idea to do another work out for them or should I wait 48-72 hours befor I do them again?
Don’t throw out any exercise you like cuz one dude did EMG testing on himself in his own gym and reported the results himself on his own CZcams channel. If it works for you keep doing it!
Anatomy varies significantly from one person to another (due to genetics) so now it would be interesting to test his techniques on others and see how much of that can be applied vs motivational factors (not to mention substance uses, these gain do not sound natural or realistic to me at all)
And thats why i dont like bodybuilding and do Calisthenics. While these guys are worried they are hitting the wrong muscle groups on isolation exercises, i get fit and flexible while doing compound movements
No intermediate, advanced, or elite weightlifter is naturally going to put on 30 lbs of muscle in a little over a year. These type of videos give novice or aspiring lifters massive misconceptions about what is realistic and achievable naturally.
