I was lucky enough to get connected with Brigham the founder of Ways 2 Well a few weeks back and he invited me out to do stem cells. The first thing I realized is I knew nothing about them, the amount of potential applications is off the charts. I had them give me an IV of purified amniotic fluid as well as Wharton's jelly directly into my neck. I've already seen a noticeable improvement which is ridiculous because it's only been a few weeks.
If there is something you're interested in let me know, I'm up for flying anywhere just to try some new cutting-edge procedure.

Stem cells were used to reconstruct my neck on the right side when I was 6 years old.
Long story short, a dog bit me and ripped out my juggler vein, they branched it from an small section of artery in my leg to help stimulate the cells.
If they did not do this type of surgery / treatment, I would have died in days from bacteria built up in my blood stream and the fact I missing a juggler vein.

@Kenji yes of course. I'm a recovering drug addict as stated above. I had been in and out of the gym for 4 or 5 years with minimal results 28% body fat. My wife and I separated. She left with the kids. I was down and out. I started to hit the gym steady. I was doing what I knew, basic lifts. 3 x 10, 4 x 10. Not really pushing myself. I finally gave in and bought the Full Gym Program and week 1 day 1 changed me. I finally had a truly intense workout. I did every lift to the best of my ability. Even if I had to use tiny dumbells or put 0 weight on the hack squat. I stuck to it, no matter how painful it was. I also got promoted at work (doing concrete) but that just meant I had to work harder. I worked my fucking ass off every day too while eating good. I was in a significant calorie deficit. I wouldn't say I gained much muscle but I got fucking shredded quick. Within 4 months I could see abs. I did the full gym program a couple times and then the Full Gym 2.0 came out the day before I ended my 2nd go around with the first. I started 2.0 immediately following. I did both of them twice within that 4 months and have since never strayed from a Ryan Humiston program. I'm 40 years old on TRT and in the best shape of my life. I get compliments all the time. I'm sore alot but it's always worth it.

    Ryan,
Thanks for sharing your story. I have a lot of personal experiences with that particular issue with either myself or a family member.
I am quite "busted up" from my 26 years of service in the Army. (Worth it)
I've been training (power lifting, bodybuilding for a bit, or just FN getting it!) for over 30 years. But I'm hitting 50 next month and it's hard to walk upright and straight for at least a few hrs in the mornings now. The gym is only light weight volume training. Keeps size without potentially injuring myself or agitating prior injuries.
I've never been injured in the gym, its work that landed me 13 surgeries, 14 broken bones and several torn ligaments and tendons. I'm fucked. But I keep pushing forward.
I would love to know where you had the procedure done at in Austin.
    I'm in 1000%
I watched Matt Hughes, Chuck Liddel, Ronnie Coleman's success stories. I've been saving up for it to to south America and get it done.
I would really appreciate it if you could send me a location. 🙏
    Thanks brother!

Love your content; your explainations, your research, your direct manner, and especially your sick ass sense of humor.
We're all damaged. I found my mother's body, on a wellness check, after my aunt couldn't reach her for a few days. I'll never forget the smell. It made me reach out to my sister, whom I hadn't spoken to for about 15 years.
    She reunited her family.
You're inspiring to so many people.
    Thanks.

As a former heroin addict myself I have to be brutally honest here. I understand the hope and possibilities that run through your mind, Ryan, but I have to be the bearer of bad news and remind you of the variable you're overlooking. The addict's mind. Stem cells probably wouldn't be a very effective treatment for an addict in the end.
This all sounds quite expensive, and the one thing addicts don't have is money. We have a tendency to spend the little we make on our drug of choice- including alcohol. Alcohol is a drug too.
But my primary doubt above all others is I know the addict's mind. I know how we think. Unfortunately, we're so screwed up that we look at any sort of detox or renewal process as our opportunities to reset our internal chemistry just enough to feel the high again. I can promise you an addict would see this process as his chance to finally feel that original rush again if they did this procedure.
The one thing I've learned in all my years of dealing with this shit is there's nothing no one else can do for us. If you're an addict, you have to hit rock bottom multiple times and then slide between the cracks of the rocks before you even begin to consider you have a legitimate problem. It's not good.
Unfortunately, the human mind is capable of extremely creative ways to destroy itself.

He did kind of accept that there was some degree of inevitability to it.
But you should know that there's some promising stem cell research around mental health and addiction, too.

I noticed something on this videos audio, you either changed your audio sound recording or the stem treatment made your vocal cords "younger" youthful sounding almost to the point of pre-testical descend.

Col. and within the last year has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and recently now degenerative disc disorder... the strongest person in the world to me brought down because of a stupid fkn disease. Watching your video gives me hope, WVU Med, and Pittsburgh doctors haven't been able to solve this, and living in todays world trying to get services for anything medical is... much harder than before... thank you for the insight and post. God Bless

Can't wait for an affordable general stem cell treatment, where you take a shot and everything about you that's not right starts to fix itself. Eventually we'll figure out how to make it do that. Maybe even legitimate rejuvenation could be possible. But how can stem cells add an inch or two to my dick? Now that's the question everybody's wanting the answer to.

My father also drank himself to death a year ago. I was sober for years but I drank Christmas after that happened and threw the rest of the bottle away, haven't drank since. I was upset with myself because he tried calling me that night.. said he needed to tell me something important but I didn't answer because i was in a meeting I figured he was just drunk and rambling because it happened a lot. Anyways I feel for your loss man. And I appreciate the videos and content you make. You are one of my favorite creators especially with fitness or weight lifting. I just started my journey about a month or so ago and am making great progress. I was doing things like pushups before and not new to it, well new to doing it the right way and staying consistent with supplements ect. Now I'm actually in a gym with a variety of workouts and equipment which before I only have dumbbells and a few things at home, now it's like an addiction for me and I love it, it's made me a better man. Thanks for what you do.

I had three 50% plus tears in my Right shoulder. Of course the first ortho wanted to cut and have my arm strapped to my chest for 3+ months. Luckily my neighbor knew an ortho in Houston that did PRP. One MRI, $500 bucks and 30 minutes later the injections were done. In less than a month I was completely healed. PRP and stem cells are absolute magic.

Thanks for sharing big guy. Recovered alcoholic since 11+ years.
Alcoholism(addiction) doesn’t just hit the user. Everyone around suffers just as much. It is a “family” decease.
My family was hit hard. One uncle dead in a heroin overdose, the other a homeless alcoholic and my grandfather drank himself to death.
Both me and my mother were heading down the same road when I found AA.
We are now both 10+ years sober and helping others to the best of our abilities…
Hearing stories from loved ones, has become endlessly important and meaningful to me, and inspires me to help. If only just one…
    God….
Grant med the serenity to accept the things I can not change…
Courage to change the things I can…
and the wisdom to know the difference…
Thy will be done, not mine…

Sorry man. I feel for you. I lost my mom to cancer in my early 20s and I didn't deal with it well. I spent many years after, trying to figure it out. My dad was a drinker. Always was, even after a triple bypass, he didn't change a thing. He made it a long while because he did a lot of cardio for his job. His heart was strong enough to keep going but it's hard to watch someone do that to themselves every day. She would definitely be proud of the man you are. You inspire and enrich the lives of so many others. That's the best a parent could ever ask for. Cheers.
