Brandon used a million words to say, "I was trying to fuck my friends out of money because the people who represent me told me to."

Sounds like BM got Fred T for some money. If they agreed to a certain percent at the beginning and the show skyrockets, "25%" at the beginning is "25%" at the end.
Fred T didn’t lock it in though. He waited until the money was there, by then, the business is worth more than the previous agreement that he didn’t lock in.

I am running a business and I completely understand when Brandon said he saw the vision. Most ppl won’t see what we see , only until it takes off.
He was taking too many loans. He wasn’t a boss. He was a manger with creative control. Once you take a loan from someone you work for them simple.
I believe Brandon, business with homies is the toughest thing to do especially when the homies don’t know business they just know “pay me”.
i think doing business with homies is better if you got some real ones and are willing to have an equal percentage of a business. Rather than one person trying to get one up on the others.

@@thereviewer7616 no they don’t but as you can tell in the video he gave them the option of a percentage and I think Fred took it. Anytime you need to raise more capital to keep the business going you have to let your partners know you have to dilute them if they don’t reinvest. This is common business practice.

I believe Brandon. They was all talking behind his back only loyal one was Ocho. This was his vision he brung them along and he invested more than they was willing to invest. They waited til it blew up to havr hand out and yesterday price is not today price. On top of that you missing important meetings making Brandon look off to investors. This why he should of just did this by himself . Fact that people gotta choose sides instead of just enjoying both podcasts. I enjoy both but as a business man I get his side.

Just check the character of the current I am athlete hosts - b.Marshall, l.McCoy, a.Jones and the other guy vs the pivot hosts - f.Taylor, c.crowder and r.Clark - and you can see whose more believable. The reputations of the 1st two hosts of I am athlete are questionable at best. I believe Adam Jones did turn his image around ti some degree.
